REMARKABLE oceanfront views from this beautiful, top floor home away from home!

This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo is bright, airy and beautifully decorated with your family in mind. You are sure to enjoy picture perfect ocean views from the living room, dining area & master suite in addition to the unit's private balcony. Located on the 22nd floor, there is no need to worry about noise from overhead. Beach Colony Resort is situated on a less crowded stretch of beach to allow for downtime, but yet only minutes away from all of the attractions that the Grand Strand has to offer.

In addition to being ideally located, the resort offers multiple perks making it unnecessary to ever leave the property! Amenities include a restaurant, a full service bar and an ice cream shop. After indulging in delicious food and drinks, guests choosing to spend their vacation in "Nana's Fun House" can enjoy indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, a kiddie pool, a fitness room, an arcade and a racquetball court.

Living Area
The well appointed living area is equipped with 2 comfy armchairs, a sleeper sofa and a 52" flat screen TV with DVD player, alongside a large set of sliding doors showcasing a remarkable view of the Atlantic. Books, games & toys are on hand to keep everyone happy!

Kitchen & Dining
The well equipped kitchen makes cooking easier. A full set of appliances accompanies utensils and gadgets to prepare any type of meal. A lovely new dining set seats 6 while the matching bar stools seat 2. Dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent are on hand.

Bedrooms
The very spacious Master Suite provides ocean views with easy access to the balcony. This bedroom has plenty of storage space and its own full bathroom. With linens included, there is less to have to pack for your trip! Guests enjoy the King sized bed and TV with accompanying DVD player after a long day at the beach.

Two other bedrooms provide guests with more sleeping space. One room is furnished with a Queen sized bed, has its own TV and provides access to the full guest bathroom.

The other bedroom has 2 Twin beds with ocean views and its own TV.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms with both a tub & shower offer ample cabinet space. "Starter" rolls (2 per bathroom) of toilet paper, towels & washcloths along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash are offered to you and your family. Both bathrooms come with mounted hairdryers.

Laundry
A stackable washer & dryer, ironing board & iron are all available inside the condo for guest use. Laundry pods are provided.

Just like the last time we visited this amazing condo. It’s perfect penthouse suite on the beach, close to broadway at the beach, in the middle of south Myrtle and north Myrtle, absolutely perfect. The location was fantastic. Great view from the balcony, the kitchen was a little tight for more than a couple of people in it. Washer and dryer was great to have it in the condo. I would defiantly stay here again if we come back to Myrtle Beach with are family.

Overall it was a great experience. The biggest complaint that we have is that the parking garage really sucks. We drove a tahoe and a silverado there. The garage will only fit those vehicles on the 1st floor and that floor has limited space. We did not know this bit of information until we arrived

This property was Amazing. The only thing I can really ding this place on is the parking garage. It's very tight. Checking in- very easy Cleanliness-great Security- wonderful and friendly. I felt very safe Maintenance- quick and efficient Pools and grounds- upkeep was great Room- very well stocked, toys, kitchen.etc Last but not least........ The View..... Was immaculate. Being on the 22nd floor. You could see myrtle for miles. The sky wheel, wonder works(Broadway), top golf. Just absolutely amazing.

Fun in the sun

Nice get away with the family. First time to Myrtle Beach.. Condo was nice and the manager was easy to work with and very responsive to emails I would recommend to visit from May on. We went at the end of March beginning of April. the weather was warm the first few days than it was rather chilly and rainy. We will be back just later on in the year.

There were 4 of us; seniors who enjoyed coffee on deck while watching the ocean. 2 21 year olds that liked the racket ball court and pools. All of us enjoyed having our own bedrooms. Condo is beautiful, views are impressive. No complaints here-totally enjoyable.

Perfect Getaway

Cozy apartment. Plenty of towels and extra supplies. We loved the oceanfront view. Lazy river was fun. We also utilize the jacuzzi and the pool. Apartment was clean. Everything was as listed. I would definitely recommend it to others.
