A Beach Place

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is has a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an expansive balcony with a beautiful ocean view! It's the perfect place unwind and enjoy family fun! Master bedroom has a queen bed with private bath. Second bedroom has 3 twins to comfortably sleep the entire family! There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Come enjoy the beach and all the amenities of this awesome resort.
Guest access
You will receive an email code to access the resort through the security gate. Separately, You will receive a four digit code from me to access the unit via a keypad on the day of check-in by 4 PM.

* Note for safety we have 1 exterior doorbell camera outside the unit. This allows us to track suspicious activity at our properties
Other things to note
** Note: as of 1/1/2024 the HOA has implemented a $20 parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $5/night.

You will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES. You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded.

The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.
Linens
We Provide an initial set of linens for the stay. This includes:
- Sheets for all beds
- Blankets for all beds
- 6 bath towels
- 6 wash cloths
- Hand towels
- Kitchen towels
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

Kitchen Notes
- Kitchens are fully equipped
- We have a regular drip coffee pot, not a keurig
- Dish soap is provided
- 1 roll of paper towels is provided


No smoking or you will be charged an additional $600 cleaning fee
