Overall, I had an awful experience. I reserved this house over a month prior to my actual visit. I never received a message. I had to message the host and it was some type of AI response. I then just received a short message. I asked about the community pool that was mentioned in the listing and got a response about them not knowing. it was definitely an automatic respinse. it told me to look around the property for information and even offered to send me an address but it was the same as the address posted on the vrbo listing. i then had to ask about wifi information because I never received a welcome message and what I got when I reached out about checking in, didn't have it. Once I got there, it was not very cleaned. The grill has used charcoal on it. The outdoor patio area was clearly not cleaned anytime recent but the bugs were so bad we didnt sit out there. there were already gnats in the kitchen. there was a gnat catcher but it was either empty or dried out. there was dishes put away that were visibly dirty. the fridge was empty but not wiped down clean. the dish rack itself was dirty. there was laundry left in the dryer the floors under the bed were dirty, you can tell its old dirty as the items under the bed were dusty. you only get left one garage bag. we had to walk the property to find the trash area because checking out message says to take out the trash. the upstairs bathroom tub has some mold/mildew issue. the seal that lines the tub and the floor is dirty.
