Our goal is to make each guest's trip as memorable as possible. Located in the beautiful ocean front Myrtle Beach Resort, this condo is fully furnished with all the welcoming comforts of home, and a few added touches, to provide a wonderful, relaxing getaway. The clean, crisp style is simple and elegant. Please be sure to read through the information provided below and let us know if you have any questions. The house rules and check out procedures are listed at the bottom. \-------------------- THE SPACE -------------------- This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom (950 sq ft) condo is located on the second floor of The Myrtle Beach Resort's "A Building". The unit sleeps up to 6 people - bed linens and towels are provided for your convenience! The main living area is open, spacious, and beautifully decorated. There is a large mounted flat screen tv in the living room that offers a premium cable package and a dvd player. A queen sleeper sofa is also located in the living room. The coffee table is on casters making it easy to move this piece of furniture when it is time to relax at the end of your day! The master bedroom has a spacious king bed. A dresser, nightstands, and closet offer plenty of storage space for your stay! The mounted flat screen tv also offers a premium cable package. In the master bathroom you will find a tub/shower combo. The vanity has a unique design and accents the space. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a dresser, nightstand, and closet. The mounted tv in the second bedroom offers a premium cable package as well. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a vanity with storage under the sink. Both bathrooms are equipped with bath and hand towels, as well as wash cloths and individually wrapped facial wipes. The kitchen is open and spacious. It features a standard coffee maker, toaster and cookware. The cabinets are stocked with pots, pans, plates and drinkware. 4 Turkish cotton beach towels, a couple folding chairs, a volleyball, football, and sand toys are all waiting to be packed into the beach wagon (provided) for your days by the water! There is a lovely green space nearby, which has one of many barbeque grills and picnic areas throughout the resort. Bedrooms: 2 Bathrooms: 2 Beds: 1 King (master), 2 Twins (2nd bedroom), 1 Queen sleeper sofa (living room) \-------------------- The A Building -------------------- The Myrtle Beach Resort's oceanfront A Building is the northernmost building on the property. To the east you will find the oceanfront pool and the beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean! To the west you will find the seasonal (not open year round) lazy river/splash pad, and west end pool. The building and surrounding parking lot are maintained by the A Building maintenance team. Approximately 375 parking spaces surround the A Building providing ample parking for authorized guests. There are ramps and stairs into the first floor of the raised A Building (directions to the nearest ramp are sent in the check in information the morning of your stay). Unit numbers are marked on each door (low numbers to high from east to west in the building - even numbers on the south side and odd numbers on the north). There are three elevators and 4 stairwells within the building. Sundecks for all guests to enjoy are located on the 5th floor that offer great sunrise and sunset views, as well as relaxing sunning during the day! Each floor has a coin operated laundry room (just before the middle elevator) with a change machine in the third floor laundry room. The oceanfront A building’s trash bins are located at each of the exits. The common areas of the building are surveilled using recording devices maintained by Myrtle Beach Resort security. PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Host do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. \-------------------- RESORT/CONDO ACCESS -------------------- Check in information is sent to guests the morning of check in. This information gives the address as well as detailed driving instructions through The Myrtle Beach Resort and directions through the building to the condo door. As long as the reserving guest has met the ID requirement (House Rules), a subsequent message containing guest's gate and keypad codes will be sent prior to check in (4pm unless otherwise arranged). Guests are not required to wear or carry wristbands or pool tags to use the available amenities. PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Host do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. \-------------------- PARKING -------------------- If you are driving, 2 parking passes are available during your stay. A parking fee will be collected by security upon arrival. The fee, $10 per vehicle per day, can be paid with a credit or debit card (cash payments will not be accepted) and is retained by The Myrtle Beach Resort. This fee is non-refundable. \-------------------- THE MYRTLE BEACH RESORT -------------------- Myrtle Beach Resort has much to offer for fun in the sun! Besides access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean you'll find: 6 pools (both indoor pools and outdoor), hot tubs, a lazy river, splash zone for kids, playground, basketball and tennis courts, a life sized chess/checkers board, and putt putting green! The Quarterdeck - a beach front restaurant/bar, features live music or karaoke (almost) nightly. Restaurants and other resort amenities are subject to closing without notice. PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Host do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. \-------------------- POOL INFORMATION -------------------- The A Building Oceanfront pool is open year-round 9am-10pm (Closing earlier during the winter) The West End Pool and Lazy River (SEASONAL) is open from 9am - 10pm during the summer. Closing for both is scheduled for October, which could also vary depending on weather conditions. The clubhouse and swim through pool is open from 9am - 10pm year-round (closing earlier during the winter) The 6000 pool is open from 9am - 10pm (closing earlier during the winter) The B Building pool is open year-round from 9am-10pm (closing earlier during the winter) \*This information is not guaranteed as pools can be closed without notice based on DHEC and CDC guidelines. \-------------------- PETS -------------------- NO PETS ARE PERMITTED AT MYRTLE BEACH RESORT. \- Service animals are permitted, but they must be registered with the building manager 30 days in advance of your stay at the resort. If you have not pre-registered your service animal, you will not be permitted into the resort. You will have to contact your host so you can complete and submit the proper paperwork. The security guards are NOT able to assist in this regard. If you bring an unregistered animal on property, you can be fined $500 and you will be evicted from the resort. Its clean and provides what is stated.This is an older resort but has a lot of amenities. The accessibility to the beach was awesome and just a short walk. Thos of you that are not familiar with Myrtle Beach, this property is located 15-20 south of most popular attractions.We rode go karts, went to Ripley's aquarium, beach and mini golf. So much fun!However, it was a litttle rough around the edges. The master bath towel knobs looked like they were going to fall off the wall. Several of the cabinet doors and handles in the kitchen had the same issue. The water pressure is very poor in both showers. The sliding glass door to the balcony didn't lock. Safety is a huge concer for our family. There were no cleaning supplies of any kind and we had to buy more paper towels during our stay. There are lots of cosmetic fixers this that can really bring this place to a higer quality. For a 9.8/10 stars, honestly, I was expecting better than what we walked in to. Beds were comfortable and towels were easily located under the sink. Having the towels for pool/beachvwas also nice. Emili is realy good about return messages. ##### Stacey J. Small Family Heaven This was absolutely the perfect place to stay for a couple, family of 3 or family of 4\. If you have children under 4 look no further than this residence. The splash pad was exactly 65 paces from the door, and the beach was 125 paces from the door. No need for golf cart or vehicle the entire time we stayed. The owner provided a pull wagon that was large and carried everything we needed to and from the splash pad and the beach for our stay. Umbrellas and chairs (nice wooden ones) were available as soon as you hit the beach ($50 per day). Restaurants, Ice cream, golf, etc. were all within a few miles drive (no more than 5 min to reach any of these activities). Linens and towels that were provided met our needs, and the cleaning checklist was smaller than most I have experienced in MB. All in all 5 Stars from this family of 3 (41,36,1 yr old). Home included dishes, blender, silverware, etc. Each room had a Roku TV which along with the internet was VERY fast. Owner was VERY responsive and communicated early and often. I cannot believe we found this gem, we will 100% utilize this again when we visit MB. ##### Sarah C.
