In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! Parking: Easy access private parking lot monitored by security. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: \*No Elevator\* 3rd floor unit. \*\*Stairs required\*\* - Self check-in with keypad. Kitchen: Fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. No dishwasher. Family room: Enjoy TV on the large TV. Sleeper sofa. Access to balcony via sliding glass doors. Bedroom 1: Balcony access from the bedroom! Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1! Stand up shower. Toiletries included! Bedroom 2: Two single beds. Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between the bedrooms. Balcony: Incredible view for sunrises! Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round. Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Complex machines. $2 per wash/$2 per dry. Coin operated. Located on the 2nd floor of each building. Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the Ocean Forest Villas complex (pools/hot tubs/grilling). The Neighborhood: This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach, known as the Golden Mile Section. ✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 7.7 miles 🏦 Broadway At The Beach is about 3.6 miles ⚾ The Ripken Experience Myrtle Beach is about 5.3 miles 🏦 Myrtle Beach Convention Center is about 3.2 miles Getting Around: Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area. The beach was literally across the street and we could see the ocean from our balcony. The amenities were wonderful and the pool was clean. We were given two parking passes, which was perfect. We never had to worry about parking. All of the other families at this property were respectful of others. No issues at sll. I was on the balcony every night, enjoying the sounds of the ocean and my view of the whole property.
