The 33-unit raised condominium building offers an oceanfront pool (45 x 30, with a depth of 5 feet), a gazebo, and a large deck with seating that sits on the beach. The building features an elevator and ample parking. 106 Sea Oaks is on the first floor and offers stunning views of Garden City’s beautiful beach. To the south is the Garden City pier, and to the north, in the distance, is Surfside with only the beach in between. In the mornings, watch the sunrise; during the day, observe the tide coming and going; and enjoy all the activities a beach can offer. All of this from the comfort of an oceanfront deck. The interior beach decor is as warm and inviting as the beach and ocean view outside the patio door. The living room offers ocean views, ceramic tile flooring, plenty of seating, cable TV, and opens onto the deck. The oceanfront master bedroom features a queen-size bed, closet space, a dresser, vinyl plank flooring, and a private bathroom with a shower. Open the window at night and fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with two twin beds on the bottom and a full-size bed on top, along with closet space, a dresser, and vinyl plank flooring. Both bedrooms have cable televisions. Additional sleeping options include the sofa, which folds out into a full-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Cookware, dishes, cups, and silverware are also provided. Its not new and the door needs updated but the inside is nice just like the pictures. It fit perfect for our first time staying at the ocean. We had necer stayed somewhere thay we had to bring everything we needed with us and probably wont stay again at a place that doesnt supply basic needs like toilet paper and sheets, etc. Its too much to pack for a family. Then you spend way too much getting stuff you need only for 3 days. The keurig didnt work which really was disappointing and no where insude the condo is there instructions for the tv's, wifi or log ins so we just didnt use them. We were outside mostly anyway but it was annoying the few hours we were inside. There are pots amd pans but that was about the extent of the provisions. Again the place is nice, it fit my family of 5 with 3 teens very comfortably. It was just a learning lesson for us. As long as your used to having to supply things like your toilet paper, hand towels, beach towels, bath towels and sheets this is a great ocean front place. ##### Dawn J. Having rolling carts and an elevator were big pluses for loading and unloading vehicle. Condo location is great. Be careful with the the twin beds. They are leg and head bangers. Might consider different outdoor seating. Elevated chairs may improve visibility of the beach from the deck. Front door lock is a little tricky at first but we eventually got the hang of it. Overall, a very nice visit. However, the exterior of this building is in desperate need of an update and/or paint. Could be a turn off for some folks. Thank you. ##### Patricia R.
