Coastal Oasis! \- Located Nearby Several Well Known Golf Courses \- Large Screened In Balcony The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot. NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES. The parking passes in the unit are required. If a guests loses/misplaces a parking pass, the guest is responsible for a $100/each replacement fee. Entry: 2nd floor - stairs required! Self check-in with keypad. Please be advised that there is a ring camera on the front door. Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, coffee pot (uses filters & cups), pots and pans, and more! Family room: Enjoy the screened in balcony via sliding glass doors. New furniture! Bedroom 1: King bed. Bathroom attached. Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1\. Bedroom 2: Two single beds. Bathroom 2: Full bathroom. Porch: Spacious and peaceful. Please note the balcony & building are not on a golf course. Several nearby! Pool: There is an outdoor community pool & hot tub in the complex - only a few minute walk away. The outdoor pools open at 9:00am and close at 9:00pm from April 15th through October 15th. The indoor pool is open at 9:00 am and closes at 9:00pm from October 15th through April 15th. The hot tubs open at 9:00am and close at 9:00pm from April 15th through October 15th Golf clubhouse: Drive just .5 miles up to the River Oaks Golf Clubhouse to start your day on the courses (golf fees apply). Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool (10AM - 10PM daily, door will lock BOTH WAYS at 10PM sharp), and, of course, the highly recognized golf course nearby (extra fees apply). The Neighborhood: This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach. Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 6.5 miles Coastal Grand Mall is about 4.3 miles Broadway At The Beach is about 5.2 miles The Ripken Experience Myrtle Beach is about 4.2 miles Getting Around: Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area. Other Things to Note: PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
