Communication with the realty company and the owner was excellent. Pool area was beautiful and the walkway/bridge to the beach looked to be brand new and very nice. The only two drawbacks were the grilling area and the stove in the unit. There were only two grills - both old and rusty (one rusted all the way through and unusable). The stove in the unit should probably be replaced because there was no way to regulate the temperature of the burners. The oil in the skillet got so hot so quickly that the smoke alarm went off. Could be a bit dangerous. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. ##### Carole D. It's a top floor condo on the beach with stunning views of the ocean from the balconies (catching the early morning sunrise with a cup of coffee was the highlight). The location is perfect for laying out on the beach and heading up to the condo to fix lunch or use the restroom (not a far walk). The spacious condo is equipped with everything you need. There's a Keurig combo (bring K cups or ground coffee). The washer and dryer is a plus (bring detergent). There's ample parking. (covered and non-covered). It's a quiet complex tucked away from the busy traffic on US 17\. There's a Kroger (grocery store) less than 5 minutes away which was perfect for last minute items.
