The Space:
The "Pink Flamingo" was completely redesigned & furnished in February of 2025. We take pride in offering a fun and unique space for our Myrtle Beach visitors! All the furniture is new - the couch, chairs, table, bar stools, beds, linens, towels, desk etc.
Enjoy our Instagram-able "Shake your tale feather" neon accent wall! To turn the neon sign on, simply flip the switch to the left of the neon sign, and wait a few seconds.
This unit is located on the 2nd level, up 1 set of stairs, and is a single-level condo.

PARKING
✫ You may not have more than 2 vehicles. No motorcycles are allowed to park on premise. No trailers or RVs are allowed to park on premise. The association will tow anyone who breaks these parking rules at the expense of the vehicle owners.
PLEASE NOTE:
✫ Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided.
✫ No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No pets allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings.
✫ Must be at least 25 years old to book.
✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
CLEANING
✫ Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).
Important: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding.

There is a unit above us, and our ceiling is not sound proof. When the unit above us has people in it, you may be able to hear noises (footsteps, TV sound etc).
