Condo recently remodeled with fully stocked kitchen, granite counter tops, tile floors and a full size stove/oven and refrigerator. Great for pets! About the condo: This unit is a true one bedroom with a king bed in the bedroom and a double sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has a direct oceanfront balcony with spectacular views of the Atlantic, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 flat screen TV with the TV in the living room being a Smart TV. About the resort: The Patricia Grand is located on the beach at 2710 North Ocean Blvd and considered to be one of the best locations in Myrtle Beach - you’re just far enough from downtown so that you can enjoy some peace and quiet on the beach while still being close enough to all the major attractions. You’re only 4 blocks to Broadway at the beach, where you can find many restaurants, magi-quest, aquarium, IMAX theatre, Hard Rock cafe, retail shops and much more. It is located 7 blocks to the convention center and a few blocks to the boardwalk. There’s also plenty to do right by the resort or just a short walk over on Kings Highway/Business 17\. The amenities in the resort are great too. There are indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs and lazy river. Starbucks right on the lobby and a restaurant on the second floor make this pet friendly resort one of the great place in Myrtle Beach. There is a limit of 2 pets (dogs only) maximum allowed in the unit. The rate is $25 per night per pet. Please contact the owner to confirm weight and breed as there are restrictions at this building. You must be 25 years old to rent this unit. This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a fine if you smoke in the unit or on the balcony. All the onsite amenities are available to our guests. This unit comes with 1 free parking pass. This Is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies. This is a no pets other than dogs are allowed building and if you bring a pet other than a dog into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300. You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old. There will be no additional charges when the following provisions are met: • No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition is was given in • Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner • All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans left cleaned and orderly • No linens or household items are missing or damaged • No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner • The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies • No PETS other than dogs are allowed on the property at any time. • 2 Dogs Maximum are allowed in the unit and the charge is $25 per pet per night. • Pets must be on a leash at all times in common areas of the building. • Select breeds including Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Boxer, German Shepherd are not permitted. • Pets must be kept in a carrier when guests at not present in the unit. • No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium • Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit • You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner. Cancellation Policy: • You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in • You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in • If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in • We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in. We dined together, lots of PuttPutt, bumper-race cars for teens AND adults, golf, lots of ice cream! Our usual hotel doesn’t allow dogs and we brought our dog this year. The hotel was nice, the unit/room was very nice and had just been newly renovated so that was a nice surprise to us. This location has easy access to the major attractions in Myrtle Beach. Hotel was clean for what we saw (we didn’t wonder around much, just went back and forth from the beach to the room). The room was very clean and is actually more updated than what the pictures show in the listing. The biggest difference is the floors have been updated to tile. I know that’s not major, but it seems more clean and old carpet. My wife and I would definitely recommend this room to anyone with a dog. ##### Nick F. We were there for New Year’s Eve. Great view of beach/ocean. But there were fireworks starting early in the evening and into the early hours of the morning. No fault of the owner who is easy to communicate with. This appears to be the only place within miles that is pet friendly; I saw more dogs than people. But that’s fine until someone doesn’t bother to clean up after their pet. The owner has decorated adequately, but the 2seat couch needs replacing; very uncomfortable to sit for any length of time to watch tv and it holds dog hair from previous visitors. We didn’t try the pull out option of the couch. The kitchen is very well stocked and compact. Nice appliances and kitchen accessories. The building itself, Patricia Grand, is VERY old/outdated. This is through no fault of the owner. The entrance door to the condo has gaping holes at top and bottom through which cold air was leaking/blowing due to wind tunnel effect of design of the building. Needs door seals or total replacement. The safety fixtures are rusted (sprinkler, smoke alarm, etc.). Some of the BR furniture is non functional (missing handle on night stand, bottom drawer to dresser won’t open), but the bed is comfortable. The LR tv is a smart tv, but the BR tv is not. Bring your own Roku or Apple TV if you want to watch tv in the BR. There is internet but it is not secure, so don’t count on doing anything that needs a secure connection. ##### Carol J. I didn’t find any of the bad reviews to be relevant today. Our unit was very clean, updated, and the staff were very friendly. Comfortable bed. Well stocked. If you drink a lot of coffee you may way want to bring a larger pot. Close to everything. We brought our dog, a great dog park right next to hotel.
