The complex is directly across the street from the ocean which allows the walk down to the beach to be a breeze. You will also enjoy the complex amenities AND being within walking distance to a couple of restaurants. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway! Per HOA guidelines, at least one guest in the booking party must be 25 years old or older in order to check in The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: 1st floor \*raised - stairs or elevator is required\* Self check-in unit with an electronic keypad. Kitchen: Newly updated and fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Both K-cup and drip coffee machine available. Family room: Access to the peaceful balcony via sliding glass doors. Bedroom 1: Access to a small private balcony via sliding glass doors. 1 king bed. Outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Private washer and dryer, in-unit. Guest Access: Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (not private owners closets) along with the shared complex pools (one of them is oceanfront), and complex BBQ grills The Neighborhood: The complex is located in the peaceful Shore Dr section of Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation. ✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 13.3 miles 🐊 Alligator Adventure is about 5 miles 🏦 Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach Hwy 17 is about 2.5 miles 🏦 Barefoot Landing is about 4.7 miles 🍷 Duplin Winery is about 4.8 miles Getting Around: Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi. Other Things to Note: PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Thursday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1\. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. 2\. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
