The bedroom features two beds, while the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and a full sleeper loveseat. Plus, with two balconies—one with a partial ocean view and the other overlooking the boardwalk—you can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze any time of day. The living room coffee table lifts up to create a convenient workspace for any last-minute tasks or planning your next adventure.

Resort-Style Amenities: Dive into relaxation at our resort, which boasts a large pool, a hot tub, a lazy river, and a splash area for kids. Important Information: Please note that our property is smoke-free, including balconies. A $250 fine will apply for any violations. We provide a starter set of essentials for your convenience, including towels and linens. Daily housekeeping is not included, but we`re happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible.

Check-Out Policy: To ensure a smooth transition for all guests, please adhere to our 10 AM check-out time. Late check-outs may incur a fee unless previously arranged.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m.

Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Please leave on time so our team can prepare the home for incoming guests.

Please request approval in advance if you need a different check-out time. Late check-out may be subject to fees disclosed in your reservation terms.

Occupancy and use of the home

The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Do not exceed this limit.

Only the guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. Please get written approval before inviting additional visitors.

The home may not be sublet or used for illegal or commercial activity.

Parties and noise

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval.

Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Smoking and pets

Smoking is not permitted inside the townhouse. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

No pets are permitted.

Care of the home

Please report damage or other issues as soon as possible.

Dispose of trash in the designated bins.

After using the kitchen, please wash dishes, utensils, and cookware and return them to their proper places.

Access and safety

Please allow the owner or an authorized representative reasonable access to the home with advance notice when practical. In an emergency or urgent situation, access may be needed without advance notice.

Lock the doors and windows when leaving. Please do not engage the bottom lock.

Keep valuables secure and do not leave them unattended.

Serious or repeated rule violations may be reported to the booking platform and handled under the reservation terms and applicable platform procedures.
