The complex is directly across the street from the ocean which allows the walk down to the beach to be a breeze. You will also enjoy being within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway! Minimum booking age: 25 The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: There is an elevator. Self check-in unit with an electronic keypad. Kitchen: Newly updated and fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Family room: Access to the peaceful balcony via sliding glass doors. Sofa bed! Bedroom 1: Access to a small private balcony via sliding glass doors. 1 King bed. TV. Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1\. Bedroom 2: Two single beds. TV. Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between bedroom 1 & 2\. Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Half bathroom attached. TV. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Private washer and dryer, in-unit. Guest Access: Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (not private owners closets) along with the shared complex pools and playground. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Thursday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
