The owner is both accommodating and very responsive to any needs or issues. The beach is large and expansive. The adjacent wash full of killdeer, gulls, egrets , and royal terns. Perfect location and near to many venues, e.g. restaurants, shopping centers, golf courses, entertainment shows etc. The condo is very nice, always clean and ideally located with great oceanfront views.
