It is a big inconvenience when most rentals just have lockboxes on the doors for easy access. Plus, had to wait in a long line to get the keys upon arriving. Also, i tried calling North Beach Rentals twice for a minor issue and never got through... line just kept ringing. One of the beds in this unit is extremely hard and I had to buy a $100 memory foam mattress topper. I don't normally have negative feedback as I've stayed in this complex several times and love the area. The location is fantastic and amenities nearby for families is great. Overall had a great vacation but noting minor complaints above for others awareness. ##### Paula C.
