Summary:  
Pack your bags and enjoy a peaceful beach getaway in this oceanfront condo! This amazing unit features 2 Queen beds, a Murphy bed, and a sleeper sofa accommodating 4-8 people. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge, oven and microwave and plenty of cabinet space. With separate dining and lounging spaces overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, you can relax comfortably in this coastal paradise. This unit is located in central Myrtle Beach and just a few miles from all major attractions!  
  
The Space:  
The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this direct ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This beachfront condo 1 bedroom is fully furnished with 2 Queen beds, 1 full-sized murphy bed, 1 full sized sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. This unique layout offers a living area, dining area, and full kitchen with plenty of cabinet space. Our guests enjoy having their own private balcony where they can relax and enjoy a view of the ocean.  
  
Upon entering, guests will enjoy the full kitchen and take notice of the full-sized oven and range, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, granite countertops, and tons of cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities.  
  
Just behind the kitchen, you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo and large vanity and mirror.  
  
The bedroom sits off to the right of the kitchen and features 2 Queen beds, dresser for storage, TV with digital cable, AC unit, blackout curtains, and a private balcony. Each bed will comfortably accommodate 2 guests.  
  
Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the ocean views. The living room is the most popular area of the apartment, and it features a full-size murphy bed (wall bed), full-size sleeper sofa, accent chair, AC unit, blackout curtains, TV with digital cable, and a dining table with chairs.

Guest Access:  
Guests will have full access to the private condo.   
  
Free parking space in front of resort. Parking tag will be inside the unit.  
  
Pool Card and Pool bands are also located inside the unit. Please be sure to leave behind the card, failure to do so can result in a $200 fine to replace.   
  
Unfortunately, Landmarks Waterpark located across the street is not included with the stay, however the waterpark located at 2913 S Ocean Blvd Myrtle Beach, The Crown Reef Resort and Waterpark does allow our guests to utilize their waterpark during your stay.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self check-in with a smart lock.  
No pets.   
No smoking.  
For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras.   
  
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:  
Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.  
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.  
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
