Must be over 25 years of age to rent our houses. During the summer season, we only have weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday. We live nearby and will greet you upon your arrival, so show you around and answer any questions you may have.

You will love SuzBeachHouse and our complex and have your best vacation ever, in an oceanfront complex, and our house is only 75 steps from the beach. This, privately owned home in MYRTLE BEACH, is beautifully decorated in vibrant Caribbean colors. Located in a family-oriented community with 24-hour security and an enforced ten-MPH speed limit. Our house has FREE wireless internet and our complex ,has a mile-long private beach, w/lifeguards and rental chairs/umbrellas available. The deck has bar height table/chairs, so you have a great ocean view. We have flat TVs in every area, fully-furnished kitchen, outdoor inclosed shower and a wonderful atmosphere for relaxing while enjoying the spectacular view.

Our complex has a large recreation center with planned activities, LARGE FREE WATER PARK, two pools (one indoor), playgrounds, ocean-side basketball, volleyball, bocce ball, bean bag, shuffleboard, mini-golf, etc. Also, located on our grounds are snack bars, grocery store, and many other facilities.

Amenities: Our house has FREE wireless internet access, air conditioning, extended cable TV in every area.

KITCHEN is fully equipped with everything you will need - microwave, dishwasher, crock pot, blender, coffee maker, large granite counter space, , etc.

There is a charcoal grill, outside shower, washer/dryer and covered parking for three vehicles.

Miniature golf, arcade, snack bars, grocery store, walk-up basketball, volleyball, bocce ball, biking, horseshoe, bean bag, fishing, shelling and many other activities provided in our complex. Nearby are restaurants, live theater, cinemas, museums boating, sailing - just about anything you can want in a beach vacation (no snow skiing).

You may bring your own linens or have a linen package provided for $175. This includes sheets for all beds, bath/hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels, no beach towels.

We have golf carts available for rent with our houses. Rates vary by season. DMV rules apply to Golf Carts: driver must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid drivers license to operate a golf cart in Ocean Lakes, no speeding, 10 MPH, and no driving with open container.

Disclosures:
House will sleep a maximum of 11. (4 queens, 3 twins)

Hurricane policy - If there is a mandatory evacuation, refunds will be prorated for days in effect.

Renter is responsible for any fines assessed by Ocean Lakes to that guest or anyone in their group. Golf cart fines will result in loss of use of golf cart, no refunds on golf cart or damage/cleaning deposit on house.

Lost keys will result in $75 fee, deducted from deposit.

Additional Fees:
Parking Fee - Paid directly to Ocean Lakes, $12-15./day/vehicle. After deposit is received you may contact the Ocean Lakes office, 843-238-5635, to obtain vehicle passes. Vehicle passes obtained within 2 weeks of arrival will be charged $15./DAY/VEHICLE.

Linen package - $175. for sheets, towels, no beach towels. Or you may furnish your own linens.

Golf cart: We have golf carts available for rent with our houses.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
$500. Refundable Damage Deposit

Suzanne's property is top notch is so MANY ways! The first thing I noticed in my dealing with her was how quickly she was to respond and assist me with getting our rental squared away. The house was superbly cleaned and ready for my large family. I will 10 out of 10 stay in this home again in the future.

The place was great . We had lots of room. Sitting on the porch in the morning looking at the ocean with coffee was the best. The owner we met after I didn’t read the frig notes 😂😂 but he was still very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Location

This rental was great. It had a beach theme in the house and was steps from the beach. There was a lot to do on the property of ocean lakes. The only downfall is the water park was not open when we were there. But was open the Saturday we left. Overall it had everything we needed, was a convenient location to stores and a short ride to the boardwalk. Suzanne and Roger have a great property and are wonderful people to rent from.

We had a very good stay. Rooms was very nice. House was clean and ready for us. Being close to the ocean was great. Love this time of year and being at Ocean Lakes. Yearly trip for our family. Having a few throws it ashamed would be an addition. But everything was great. Will stay here hopefully next October.

The property could have definitely been cleaner. The people that clean the house do not do a good job with cleaning the floor at all. My baby crawls and was BLACK from the floor. I could not find a house mop so we had to go buy our own. I clean houses for a living so i know what to expect and especially paying the price i did for a clening fee and price that we did for this house. The layout of the house was terrible. It was advertised as 4 bedroom but the "bedroom" upstairs was just a hallway with 2 beds in it. So people leaving the other two bedrooms had to walk past you to go downstairs. Overall it was a good place and nice people just wasnt what we are used to staying in.

Wonderful and relaxing.

The beach house is beautiful and in excellent condition. The attention to details and having everything we needed was also excellent. Ocean view from the deck was outstanding, and the deck furniture was great. Suzanne is a great communicator and made check in and check out very easy. She dropped by a few minutes to be sure everything was in order. We didn't want to leave.

Fantastic Family Vacation!

We rented both of Suzanne’s homes. They were right next to each other and steps from the beach. It was a fantastic week. Everything was exactly as described. Plenty of room for everyone. Definitely the way to go if you have a large group and need extra beds. We had 15 total and everyone slept great! Kitchens were extremely well equipped, linen package is well worth it. We rented the golf carts as well and they were in great shape. We will definitely be back!

Weekend ladies’ get-away

This property and experience exceeded our expectations. It is truly a hidden gem. The community where it is located is delightful, with so much to do. The property is a two minute walk (if you are a slow walker!) from the beach, and the home is clean, cozy, and it was perfect for our group of nine. Great value for the cost. The hostess was extremely helpful and accommodating! Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend. We plan to return next year!

Extremely sweet owner and very happy with the rental we were provided!

The owner was very sweet and courteous! The property was wonderful as well as clean! Everything was warm and welcoming. Owner was very easy to talk to and didn’t bother us one bit! Home was clean and fresh the moment we walked in! Rooms were a decent size and the area was very quiet and just a few steps to the beach! We had a very good time and will be coming back again soon!
