Upgraded kitchen and balcony views from the 5th floor that will captivate you day and night. Three TV's and even a high chair if you need one. Plenty of seating with a sofa and loveseat and the dining room seats 6\. Kitchen service for 6-8 people. A private bath with the Master and a 2nd Full Bath for the rest of the family.King bed in the Master and two twin beds in the second bedroom; We also have an EZ sleeper which inflates with legs to a queen size bed. In the rent is a one-time cleaning after rental and a Linen Package which includes: beds made with supply of Linen(fitted sheet and top sheet for each bed and sleeper sofa) Towels(6 towels,3 hand towels,4 washcloths and kitchen towels):Bar soap,hand soap supplied along with trash bags,toilet paper and dishwasher detergent. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and of course all the everyday appliances. Something about our building Arcadian II We are a smaller high rise; Yep only 6 condos per floor. No long waits for the elevator. No running down in the morning to save your lounge chairs at the pool. These issues are never a problem at our building as we have plenty of pool chairs and great elevators. Oh and no bad locations in this building as all are Oceanfront. The Tennis Court is available most of the time but if not you can reserve it. Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach! Large parking lot with spaces close to the entrance! Bellmen Carts by the front door to help you get your luggage in and out. Arcadian Shores section is right in between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach in unincorporated Horry County. Our address is in Myrtle Beach but a little distance from the crowds. If you like the crowds on occasion restaurant row is 2 minutes. Barefoot landing is a 5 minute drive and Broadway at the beach about 15 minutes. When you walk in the front door of the unit you get a beautiful view of the ocean. You can see the ocean and beach from almost every room. The unit was clean and well stocked with supplies. The floor was all ceramic tile and was constantly sandy despite cleaning several times a day. Balcony furniture was not comfortable, they were plastic lawn chairs. It was clean, modern, and beautiful clear ocean views from the living room and porch and from the large bedroom windows. It was well-kept, kitchen well stocked with kitchen-wares, and master bed was super comfortable. Large TVs as well. We really loved it (couple with 2 kids). The 2 kids stayed in the bedroom with 2 twin beds which worked out great. The building was very nice and pool was awesome as well as the grilling area. Highly recommend. ##### Morgan T. From the moment we opened the door and saw the beautiful ocean view, we knew we had found our perfect “home” for the week. It was very clean throughout. The decor was tasteful, bright and beachy. We enjoyed the comfortable sofa and loveseat in the great room and appreciated the minimal decorative items. No clutter on the furniture and countertop which allows room for personal items. Since there is not a formal check-in procedure, it was a breeze to park, enter building and condo and get settled in a very short time. Frank was so nice and quickly answered our texts and/or calls. There was a 2 minute power outage building wide and we could not figure out how to get the cable signal on the TV. Frank stopped by within 5 minutes and resolved the minor issue. All beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and we had starter supplies throughout (bathrooms and kitchen). We loved everything about the condo and its location.
