AC totally shut down on second day. Repair done quickly after being reported. Vacation was disrupted due to the needed repair. Bathroom mats were wet due to the humidity issue. The bench at the foot of the bed had wobbly legs and was not a comfortable seat. The closet doors were also out of alignment. With a little bit of maintenance, this could be a very nice property. ##### Karen K. Check in process was horrible, because I never received check in info. Property was nice, just not doing a property with check out at 10am again , very inconvenient, after the late check in . Because the cite had the wrong address for the hotel. It took a minute to figure it all out, we didn’t receive the check in info until after we arrived. We had no room number or anything. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed being so close to the beach and the Apache Boardwalk. The building and condo are tastefully decorated, and the condo is located in one of our favorite locations. We had a great view of the ocean, and it was very quiet. Near the elevator which was great for me since I have walking issues and you couldn’t hear the elevator or the passengers waiting for the elevator. Great view of the ocean and beach. Very clean on arrival. The bed was very comfortable. Even though it was a studio we had a Keurig, microwave, toaster and a mini fridge.
