Parking:
• Guests are provided two (2) parking passes per stay.
• Parking is available in multiple on-site lots. We recommend parking in the east lot and using the stairs located on the back side of the building — they lead directly to the entrance closest to the condo, making unloading simple and convenient.
• The parking pass must be displayed at all times in accordance with community guidelines. Vehicles without a visible pass may be subject to towing.

Transportation:
• A car is recommended for exploring Myrtle Beach and surrounding attractions.
• Many Shore Drive restaurants and beach bars are within walking distance.
• Rideshare services (Uber & Lyft) are readily available in the area.

Walkability:
• You’re just steps from the beach, and several casual dining spots are nearby — perfect for an evening stroll.

• Third-Floor Condo (Stair Access)
• The Atlantic Perch is located on the 3rd floor. The building does not have an elevator, so guests should be comfortable using stairs.

Beachfront Community (Not a High-Rise):
• A Place at the Beach V is a low-rise oceanfront community. You’ll enjoy easier beach access and a more relaxed atmosphere compared to large resort towers.

Peak Season Travel:
• Myrtle Beach is a popular destination during spring and summer. Traffic, restaurants, and attractions can be busy during peak weeks — especially holidays.

Weather & Coastal Conditions:
• As with all beachfront properties, occasional wind, sand, humidity, or salt air are part of the coastal experience.

No Smoking / No Pets:
• This is a non-smoking property and pets are not permitted in accordance with HOA guidelines.

Age Requirement:
• Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the duration of the stay.
