3rd floor + elevator. Relaxing and comfy condo, walking distance to the beach, can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located close to ocean blvd. and all main attractions.

3rd floor, Relaxing & comfy place, 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bathroom, 1 pullout sofa, small kitchenette equipped with all basics, AC, flat screen TVs in bedroom and living room.  
Sheets and linens provided.  
Free WiFi and cable TV available.  
\*Pets are not allowed.  
\*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.  
\*Towels are provided for showers only.  
  
Guest Access:  
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.  
\*1 parking spot available. Please notify the host in advance if arriving with more than 1 vehicle.
