With PARTIAL views of the ocean from the balcony plus the new updates - you'll feel like you're in paradise. The condo features comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area with plenty of seating for all guests. The condo is located on the 1st level, meaning only a handful of stairs are required for entry! Located in a family friendly complex with 2 pools, a kids pool, along with 2 hot tubs (all subject to seasonal hours) - this is an amazing choice for a family getaway. Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: From the parking lot, take approximately 5 stairs up to your unit and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code. \*\*Stairs required\*\* \*\*Please note there is a ring doorbell at the front door\*\* Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round. Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines in the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor. Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the Ocean Forest Villas complex (pools/hot tubs/grilling). The Neighborhood: This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach! ✈️The property is conveniently located just 7.7 miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport. 🏦 Broadway At The Beach - about 3.3 miles ⚾ Ripken Experience (baseball fields) - about 5.3 miles 🏨 Myrtle Beach Convention Center about - 3.2 miles Getting Around: Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
