The outdoor pool is closed for the winter season.

It will be open from April 1 to October 31, and available daily from sunrise to sunset.
For everyone’s safety, night swimming is not permitted.
No Smoking, No Parties, No Illegal Activity

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 15 ft (5 meters) of the property. A $300 fee will be charged for any violation.
A Minut noise and air quality sensor is installed — any indication of smoking will automatically trigger a fine.
Parties and events are also strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $1,000 fine.
Additionally, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, or harboring fugitives is not tolerated. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate termination of the agreement with no refund.
Minimum Age Requirement: We welcome guests aged 25 and older. This policy helps us prevent unauthorized gatherings or parties, which are not permitted at the property.

Accurate Guest Count: For safety, insurance, and compliance reasons, all guests must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. A fee of $100 per guest per night will apply for any undisclosed guests.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Standard check-in time: 4 PM | Standard check-out time: 11 AM. Need flexibility? Inquire about early check-ins or late check-outs (subject to availability).

Cleaning Policy: This is a cozy property, not a hotel. Regular cleaning during your stay is not provided unless requested.
Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.

Pet Policy:
We welcome one dog in this property. Please note that pets must be registered in advance, and any damages or extra cleaning required due to pet-related issues may result in additional charges.

Mailbox & Deliveries • Guests are kindly advised not to use the property mailbox for receiving letters, mail, or deliveries. • Most Amazon, Walmart, and Costco orders are usually delivered directly to the front door. However, Temu and some other retailers may occasionally place deliveries inside the mailbox. To help avoid this, please add clear delivery instructions and include your contact information when placing an order. • For stays of 30 days or longer, mailbox access may sometimes be needed. Please contact us in advance if you expect to receive mail during your stay so proper arrangements can be made.

If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid additional fees for rescheduling our cleaning team.
