We got in very early in the morning and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Also offered late checkout if needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The whole process was made easy by the property manager! From check-in to any issues on site, they were very responsive and very helpful. We have vacationed in Ocean Lakes for many years but will make this our go-to. The home works perfectly for couples, and families. Our son loved the upstairs beds, and the jack and jill style main-floor bedrooms work great for keeping an eye on older children or housing older family. The location is an easy drive to all amenities that Ocean Lakes offer (1-2 min or less) , which makes for quick trips for whatever you need or want to do! The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had a layout that worked perfectly for our group, especially with kids and teens. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and feel comfortable.The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When we ran into an issue with the golf cart, they quickly found a solution so we could have one for the duration of our trip!!
