Quick easy walk to the beach, and the perfect amount of space for my group of 8 people.However, the house is dirty and in desperate need of a deep clean and a few repairs. The fridge was leaking water on to the kitchen floor, bathroom sink was leaking and we had to use pots to catch the water.There were thick layers of dust on the walls and fixtures, hair from past guests throughout the bathrooms, mold on the shower liners, yellow stained pillows and damp linens.This house would be 5 stars if it were clean and well maintained. The beach is less than a five minute walk. The south end of the boardwalk is only a few blocks away and there are lots of other things to do within a few minute walk. The place has plenty of space. We had 8 adults and could have had several more. I booked this place for as maid of honor for a joint bachelor/bachelorette party. There were about 12 of us total and we all fit very comfortably in the cool and clean apartment. There was plenty of space for us all, it was a 2 minute walk from the beach, and we were right above a number of cafes and restaurants. The only thing I suggest is to consider bringing your own coffee / coffee maker if you have a big group! Though there's also a lovely cafe downstairs. :) A perfect weekend getaway -- we had the best time, check in was easy, and there was lots of common area for group hangouts/activities!
