I have stayed in numerous condos in the Margate Tower and this is probably the best one yet. It is very well equipped throughout, including kitchen items for cooking and eating large meals, as well as extra blankets and towels in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The hosts provided very clear communications. They were also wonderfully responsive to our questions and requests (late checkout. etc.). Because a good review must include something to improve, I will note that all the TVs provide good cable TV service, but none of them are smart TVs or offer apps to login to your preferred streaming services. We could watch all the football we wanted, so that was not a concern for us, but it might be helpful for others. The photos accurately depict the unit. The beds and linens are very comfortable. The kitchen is large, and even though we didn't cook any meals here other than breakfast, it seemed very well stocked with what you would need to prepare most meals. The building, the grounds and the unit are very secure and we felt completely safe.It was very quiet and peaceful. The parking garage provides covered parking and is easy to access. The owners were easy to communicate with and quick to respond before and during our stay.
