One of the few remaining smaller ocean front homes without all the fancy frills, this four bedroom, three bath home will accommodate comfortably your party of 10 and not break your bank. About 1/2 mile south of the Garden City Pier you'll vacation in one of the most desirable locations on the south strand. Close enough but not too close. Enjoy all the comforts of home: fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs, WIFI, washer/dryer. All while making vacation memories with your loved ones. We arrived late, but the process that Dunes laid out for check in was easily followed. We loved the porches, especially the covered one where we could escape from the sun when needed. A well appointed kitchen made cooking easy. A storm that came through the day we arrived knocked out the wifi, but the maintenance staff was on it. This house is not for anyone who would have difficulty climbing stairs. Inside stairs are a bit steep and the steps going from under the house to the entrance are steep. This property is supposed to be pet free but we swept when we arrived and there was quite a bit of what appeared to be short, black dog hair.
