This is a direct oceanfront 1800 sq ft 4 bedroom/3 bathroom, 9th floor condo located in the most desirable and central location of Myrtle Beach with a large balcony. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. The master bedroom has a king size bed along with an in suite private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have two full sized beds each. The lockout unit (bedroom 4) is furnished with 2 queen beds and a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV and DVD/VHS player. In addition, the living room has a queen pullout couch. The unit features a large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the extensive amenities, which include a full gym, game room, and 5 pools including indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tub, indoor and outdoor kiddies' pools with a mushroom waterfall and bubbles, and a fun 170 ft lazy river. All pools offer gorgeous views of the beach and the ocean! Parking is located in the same building as the unit and provides the guest with 3 spots.

You may never tire of the beautiful beach and pools just steps away from your condo, but numerous activities and attractions await you in the Myrtle Beach area. The Grand Strand boasts over 120 golf courses, many designed by such famous names as Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Tom Jackson, Pete Dye, Greg Norman, Tom Fazio and Davis Love, III. Myrtle Beach has been dubbed the 'Golf Capital of the World' by many. In addition, nearby shopping is available at the Coastal Grand Mall, Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Attractions such as Alligator Adventure, Dixie Stampede, the Carolina Opry, The Palace, Hard Rock Cafe, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Ripley's Aquarium, Nascar Speed Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Bass Pro Shop, miniature golf, water parks, deep sea fishing, and river cruises are all just minutes away. Tennis and basketball courts are also available at a public park within walking distance of the Grand Atlantic.

We had a great stay here. There was grandparents, 3 children with spouses and 6 grandkids and there was plenty of room and the condo has everything we needed.

Perfect Family Vacation

Our stay was absolutely amazing! This place is very spacious and accommodated our family perfectly. The location was wonderful and the oceanfront view is breathtaking! We had everything we needed and I am completely satisfied with the cleanliness of this place! (And I am extremely OCD when it comes to cleaning) The host provided information and details from the beginning and always responded within minutes. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and will definitely be scheduling another vacation stay!

2024 Golf Vacation

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. The condo was very spacious for the 8 of us. PERFECT Place for a Large Gathering

I booked Ellie’s place for our family (7 adults and 4 children) and couldn’t have been happier. There was plenty of space for all of us and the condo itself was clean and well-equipped. It was some of our first times in Myrtle Beach and we found the location AMAZING to explore everything that Myrtle Beach had to offer. We would 100% stay here again. Already missing this place….

Beautiful Location

My family really enjoyed our stay in your condo! We celebrated my moms 87th birthday. It was so spacious and clean. Ellie the owner was very responsive as Hurricane Dorian had just blew thru the day before our arrival. She gave us updates on the conditions and answered all questions in a timely fashion. Thank you once again. We will definitely like to rent this condo again.

Spring break with large family

The condo was extremely spacious and nice! We had 12 people and it fit us all nicely. Communication with Ellie, the host, was great. We thought we had an issue with our bathtub not draining and she was very quick with trying to get it fixed for us (just to find out later the teenagers hadn’t pulled the plug all the way up). We did find some left over food from the last visitors in the cabinet above the refrigerator and the carpets needed to be cleaned but overall it was a very nice place and would stay there again!

Nice view, good beds, plenty of room. Bathrooms, are dated, need upgraded fixtures and handrails in baths. Living furniture very uncomfortable. Dining table very dated and tired. Kitchen appliances rusted, need replacing. Pictures of furniture at time of rental were not what was in rental upon arrival.

Spring break with family

This property was very clean. There’s plenty of space we had 10 people in our group and it was plenty big enough. Great view overlooking the ocean on the 9th floor. Elevators were not overloaded like other places we had rented before. The only thing we could see that this space could use is a little updating (carpet,curtains) the outlets do need to be replaced our stuff kept falling out. But it had everything you needed even a blender! Will definitely look at this place again for future vacations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

myrtle beach

the property was not maintained well. first of all , you have to go across town to pick up the key. it was in a very edgy part of town. definitely not a place to to in the evening. the apartment size was great but the interior needs updated desperately! the kitchen stove was not working properly, the lights in the living room all did not work. the outlets were old and you couldn’t use them all. the bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. the TVs are not smart TVs so we couldn’t watch any of our movies… to get to the beach you had to walk through the pool area which was very challenging with so many people! not very clean either…the entrance to the place was truly unattractive and unappealing! you have to go through a garage!!! we were extremely disappointed in our accommodations

Annual Girl's Weekend

Property is in a good location. Very nice to have the options for semi-indoor pool, hot tub and lazy river when the weather is cold or rainy. Plenty of room for our annual gathering. Thank you to cleaning staff for allowing me to pick up the key a little early so I could go grocery shopping before getting into the property. Lock box for key pick up was a little difficult to find., and for me in a scary part of town. We had family members from 4 states (East Coast North Carolina, Central Virginia, West South Carolina and Florida) coming by car. Property provided 3 parking passes but we had 4 cars. We had to find parking for our 4th vehicle. Water Pressure in the showers was very strong and great for those who love high power showers, but was truly enough to knock over a small child. The property was quiet and we enjoyed our visit. It was great to have TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, but it would have been nice to have instructions how to operate them; as each was a little different. We never did get the one in the bedroom in the hall to work. The bathroom in the hallway runs. There was nothing that was a significant issue. We had a wonderful time, especially when our trip started with the threat of Hurricane Nicole and bad weather for the 1st 2 days. It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Spacious - No outdoor pool rundown neighboring properties

The inside of the property was spacious and exactly like listing. If the outside was like the inside it would have been better. AC not the best except the back room. We would probably not stay here again. No Outdoor PoolThe listing showed several nice pools. We were not told the two outside pools were under demolition with active construction happening. The inside pool was operable but the heater went out on it halfway through so it was too cold to swim in. And a couple nights the people in the hot tub were too inappropriate for our kids to be around so we had limited pool time. The beach shower rinse off was also not working one day. Neighborhood The property to the left and right were well maintained but the properties a few more buildings down were in disrepair. Some even boarded up. There was a lot of foot traffic outside and loud music. The overflow parking lot was across the street about a block away in a somewhat dark parking lot. CommunicationThe property manager responded to all messages in an appropriate time and was easy to work with. We were never told about the pool prior to arrival though. She did allow us to check in early. Maintenance did come in unannounced. Nothing was disturbed but a head’s up he would be there would have been nice. Check-inThe check in was exactly as described. You do have to go to another property 10 minutes away to get the keys. You can only can park 3 cars so we had to pay to park a car at the mini-mart across the street.
