My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. This 1200 Sq ft unit accommodates 8 with a fully stocked kitchen. Key Highlights: \*Direct Oceanfront unit. \*Indoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool and hot tub \*Large outdoor pool and sitting area \*Fitness Center \*Game room \*1 king bed and 2 queen beds with a sofa bed in the living room \*TVs in all the rooms \*free WIFI \*located right on the beach with no streets to cross for beach access \*fully stocked kitchen with all the tools needed to cook all meals \*washer and dryer in the unit \*high chair and pack n play included with rent \*restaurant on site \*2 parking spots Our units are being prepared and cleaned per CDC recommendations. About the condo: This is a direct oceanfront 1100 sq ft 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 9th floor condo, with the master bedroom on the ocean, located in the most desirable and central location of Myrtle Beach. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an in suite private bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds. In addition, the living room has a queen pullout sofa. The unit features a large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the extensive amenities, which include a full gym, game room, and 5 pools including indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tub, indoor and outdoor kiddies\` pools with a mushroom waterfall and bubbles, and a fun 170 ft lazy river. All pools offer gorgeous views of the beach and the ocean! Parking is located in the same building as the unit and provides the guest with 2 free spots. About the area: There are many fun-filled family activities within a short distance from the condo. The Family Kingdom, a family theme park is only a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. There are also miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all at your doorsteps. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Palace Theater. Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over a 100 golf courses to choose from, all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy your stay in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom oceanfront condo. Guests have access to all the amenities on property. You must be 25 years old to reserve this unit. This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies. This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300. You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old. There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met: • No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in • Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner • All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly • No linens or household items are missing or damaged • No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner • The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies • No pets of any kind are kept on premises • No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium • Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit • You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner Cancellation Policy: • You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in • You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in • If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in • We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in. Tenant agrees to the following: 1\. Maintain the premises in good condition. 2\. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner. 3\. The rooms were very spacious and the master bedroom and living area offered great views of the beach. The kitchen provided all the appliances, large or small, one could wish for. Very welcoming. The view from the balcony were breathtaking. The only take away is the appliances are very outdated which was surprising since the unit itself looked updated, but that wouldn't stop us from renting that same unit again and its very close to store and restaurants . There are a few restaurants you can walk to but for the most part you need to drive to get dinner, but only a very short drive. The view of the ocean was great! The condo itself was clean and well kept. The only bad thing about the condo for us was that the second room with the double beds has no view at all. There is a window but it faces the hall way and there is no light coming into the room so it’s dark even with the lamps. Now for some they may like that. Fortunately, my son spent most of his time on the beach so it wasn’t a big deal but I think it’s worth mentioning as the description does not say that. Frank was very responsive when we had a question. The beach was clean and there were plenty of lifeguards on duty. I didn’t spend any time at the pool but the pools looked nice and were very clean. My son liked the lazy pool. The parking garage is tight but manageable and we always found a spot to park. I would recommend this location. ##### Kelly B.
