This spacious 1800 sq ft unit features a full kitchen with a living room and dinning area. This unit comfortably accommodates 14 guests with a large kitchen, dining and living room area. This building features indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie play areas and a lazy river. This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300. There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met: • No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in • Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner • All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly • No linens or household items are missing or damaged • No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner • The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies • No pets of any kind are kept on premises • No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium • Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit • You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner Cancellation Policy: • You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in • You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in • If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in • We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in. We had three families with a total of 6 adults and 6 children. We really enjoyed our time in Myrtle Beach. The unit was very spacious and worked well for each family. The large balcony and view was outstanding. It was very convenient to be right on the beach with a short walk away. The kids loved the swimming pools, lazy river and waterslide. Several things broken—closet door missing, stove drawer bent, dishwasher door had to remain locked or it slid open, no handle on refrigerator door, tv in one bedroom didn’t work and hair dryer in master didn’t work either. Property was not overly clean but acceptable. Restaurant not open enough and gift shop almost never open. Pool side bar not open but they did have a 2nd floor option open—just not convenient. They also started renovations by the pool so a large part of that was closed off at the end of our trip. Overall a good trip but property needs the updated and better options ##### Deb C. Property looked a little more worn and smaller than pictures, but that seems to be the norm. It had a 4 star rating, but felt it more like a 3-1/2\. Missing a couple of shower curtains at check-in, but rectified immediately upon notification. Owner was very quick to respond to all questions prior and during our stay. The location was perfect, so many different things to do within a couple of miles. We enjoyed the beach and the pools, the staff at Ocean Reef were so friendly!! The view of the ocean was just awesome from the balcony, sunrises were spectacular!! There was plenty of room in this 4 bedroom condo on the 6th floor that accommodated my family of 12\. Our host Rufia was very helpful and so quick to answer any questions I had. If I had to make any minor recommendations I would suggest to upgrade the coffee pot to a Keurig and a new blender in the kitchen. The unit we rented was clean, aside from a small dirty towel that was left on the balcony chair. However, the hotel itself needed more attention to cleaning. Our kids didn’t even want to go in the game room because it seemed dirty and smelly. The washer in the unit wouldn’t spin out properly and, I didn’t receive feedback when I reached out regarding this issue. This was a big inconvenience as we couldn’t keep fresh bath/beach towels. When departing Saturday morning part of our group was stuck on the elevator for about 10 minutes, which was scary and time consuming. We had to carry items down 6 flights of stairs in the heat. An employee who happened to be on that end of the building was very helpful and, even helped carry our stuff. We did enjoy our beach trip with our family. ##### Karen M. It was also not very clean, as there was stray hair everywhere and the side tables were sticky. The overall property was not very nice or clean, although there are a lot of amenities. Our biggest issue was dealing with the property manager. I’m in my 60s and had some trouble figuring out the check-in instructions on the app. I called the property manager, (it says call her with any questions!) and she was extremely rude about it, and acted like it was a major inconvenience to walk me through the directions to get into the property. We also had issues with the washer in the unit. Instead of sending someone to fix it when we let her know, she had my son on the phone asking him to troubleshoot the machine and turn on and off the breakers to try to fix it. When he complained about the time it was taking out of our last day of vacation, she got angry and was rude again. She did eventually send someone out to fix it. Whoever owns this property should seriously consider finding a new property manager, as Rufia is not friendly or accommodating. ##### James P. The resort had all the amenities we could want. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed and the layout was perfect. We spent many mornings and evenings on the large balcony.
