This condo has the largest floor plan with an unobstructed view of the Ocean. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room. Linens & towel are provided. All bedrooms have a private bathroom. The resort offers many amenities including multiple pools including indoor and outdoor pools, a 200\` lazy river, Key Highlights: \*Indoor and outdoor lazy river, pool, kiddie pool and hot tubs \*outdoor water park with large slide included in rent \*Unobstructed Oceanview unit \*1 king bed,1 queen beds, 2 bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top along with a sofa bed in the living room \*TVs in all the rooms \*free WIFI \*2 balconies with a view of the ocean \*located right on the beach with no streets to cross for beach access \*fully stocked kitchen with all the tools needed to cook all meals \*washer and dryer in the unit \*high chair and pack n play included with rent \*restaurants on site Our units are being prepared and cleaned per CDC recommendations. We have 2 units in this building, including one 3 bedroom/3 bath unit which is this unit and one 3 bedroom/2 bath unit. They are units 306 and 701\. About the condo: This is a side view oceanfront 1600 sq ft 3 bedroom/3 bathroom 7th floor condo located in the most desirable part of the north side of Myrtle Beach and sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. This condo has the largest floor plan with an unobstructed view of the Ocean. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a granite countered full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. The master bedroom has a king bed with an in room private bathroom and private balcony. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds with a full on top and twin on the bottom in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have a private bathroom. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV with a dresser and closet that gives you plenty of room for your person belongings. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks for you family including dishes, silverware, serving and cooking utensils, cookware, serving plates along with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The unit is also equipped with a stack-able washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and wireless internet access. The resort offers many amenities including multiple pools including indoor and outdoor pools, a 200 ft lazy river, a kid\`s splash pool and hot tub. Connected to the property is a new water park that features a large swimming pool and many water based activities featuring a 60 ft tube slide. In addition there is an exercise room, game room, meeting rooms, gift shop and informal lounge. About the area: There are many fun filled family activities a short distance from the condo. The Pavilion, a family theme park is a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. The area is filled with miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all just a short distance from your doorstep. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Palace Theater. The Sea Captain an award wining seafood restaurant located adjacent to this building. Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over a 100 golf courses to choose from, all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy your stay in this beautiful 4 bedroom oceanfront condo. This property is Smoke Free. Guests may only smoke in the designated smoking area. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room. You must be over 25 years of age to book this condo. This unit comes with 3 covered parking spots. This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies. This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300. You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old. There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met: • No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in • Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner • All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly • No linens or household items are missing or damaged • No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner • The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies • No pets of any kind are kept on premises • No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium • Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit • You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner Cancellation Policy: • You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in • You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in • If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in • We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in. You have to load/unload your vehicle at the building and then go across the highway to park. Not very convenient especially with children and handicapped adults. The condo itself definitely needs furniture/beds updated. The one living chair was broken and my husband fell trying to stand up. Contacted the owner and was told it is not broken. Handyman came to fix it…3 bolts were missing underneath! The other chair was totally ripped along the back and the stuffing was coming out. Had issues with two of the toilets that would keep running. Had to remove the lid and mess with the handle. The one shower had no water pressure. The beds were not very comfortable especially the bunk beds. The bath towels were of very poor quality. For the amount of money we paid I would definitely not stay there again. ##### Cindy M. Instructions could have been more clear for example property manager did not mention which block is the room, it took time for us to figure out and also the receptionist was not much helpful to give information.Also I did not like the concept of guest disposing the trash going across the street. Could have atleast gave an option to keep it out the door so that maintenance staff can pick up. Otherwise rest all good totally enjoyed our stay. ##### Susri V. The only downfall was the resort this is located on is under construction, which we didn’t know about until 3 weeks before our stay. Which means they were working pretty early the whole time. Again, the property manager informed us prior. Other than some of the pools being closed (which was a bummer), no gym access due to construction, and the limited elevator access, again due to construction, it was great. When they are done this resort is going to be beautiful. Definitely worth it. ##### Jamie A. The stove only had 1 large working burner, the dishwasher didn't want to close completely, the 2nd bathroom toilet ran non stop unless we took lid off tank and fixed it ourselves, and the living room furniture sofa and chairs were very uncomfortable. For our first trip to Myrtle Beach, it was fine and like I said it was very clean. Just wish things had been a little more comfortable and working. ##### Tammy F. The issue was other guests and the staff not being proactive on complaints I made to them. People smoking marijuna on the 7th floor hallways or a room the floor smelled of it. Elevators smelled of it inside the condo elevators. Someone urinated in the parking garage elevator I told staff took a day and a half to get it cleaned. People eating in the hot tubs and leaving the plastic cups and spoons in the hot tubs as well there was fruit and food spilled in the indoor pool area and just left even saw staff walk past it in your listing the only thing I suggest just so people know only umbrellas are allowed on the beach but other than great condo and I would book it just for the condo and the view and would spend all my time at the beach you get a 5 star for that. The property itself gets the 1 for cleanliness.Rafias condo it gets a 5 star for cleanliness. ##### Sean R. I didn't like the beach rules. Having to rent a umbrella and couldn't use my shibum shade. Which from what I was told, can't use them in Myrtle Beach none between memorial day and labor day.
