Luckily owner was patient and walked us through it. We even were notified that the place was ready early which was perfect since we arrived early and the kids were excited. Place was very clean and as pictured. Spacious rooms great views of the sun rise. This was our first time staying right on the beach and it spoiled us. Normally we stay at a friend’s condo in Sunset Beach and had a car ride to the beach. It was so nice to be able to walk right out and if I needed something from the room it was easy to get. Pools were right there as well. The location was perfect and we had plenty of places to go to within minutes. Parking was easy and there was always a spot close to the elevators. The only disappointment was I checked hot tub as an amenity and while the place had them, only Hilton resort guests could use them. We asked the front desk if there was a fee we could pay and it was a resounding “no” and they would be checking for wristbands. If you are looking for a clean quiet place on the beach with a responsive owner this is a good one. ##### Joe F.
