We loved the condo all in all it just needed some tender loving care when it came to the baseboards and walls they needed a fresh coat of paint. The couch also could be cleaned. On the first night my 12 year old nephew who is 100lbs went to lay down on one of the twin bed and the side of the bed collapsed. I was able to prop it up for the night. The next morning I called the management company, Big fish rentals. I explained to them what happened and told them it seems that the bed was loose because my nephew just sat down and it collapsed. I had witnessed the entire thing. They offered to send maintenance out and I told them that it was fine but I just wanted them to be aware. After we left, they contacted me to tell me that they are charging me 100 to fix their cheap bed. I told them again that I should not be responsible and this should have been better maintained. I told them that it’s a problem that the bed couldn’t withstand the weight of a child. They told me they understand and would talk to a supervisor and get back to me. Well a week later I sent a follow up email and text message as well as voicemail. They finally responded to text and said they will not refund me my money. Although the place is nice, I wouldn’t recommend them since they do not maintain their properties and want you to foot the bill to fix their negligence. Beware! ##### Sally B.
