On the first night my 12 year old nephew who is 100lbs went to lay down on one of the twin bed and the side of the bed collapsed. I was able to prop it up for the night. The next morning I called the management company, Big fish rentals. I explained to them what happened and told them it seems that the bed was loose because my nephew just sat down and it collapsed. I had witnessed the entire thing. They offered to send maintenance out and I told them that it was fine but I just wanted them to be aware. After we left, they contacted me to tell me that they are charging me 100 to fix their cheap bed. I told them again that I should not be responsible and this should have been better maintained. I told them that it’s a problem that the bed couldn’t withstand the weight of a child. They told me they understand and would talk to a supervisor and get back to me. Well a week later I sent a follow up email and text message as well as voicemail. They finally responded to text and said they will not refund me my money. Although the place is nice, I wouldn’t recommend them since they do not maintain their properties and want you to foot the bill to fix their negligence. Beware! ##### Sally B. The location of the property is central to a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment areas. The only issue was the cleanliness of the room.
