There was alot of thing's that bothered me about my stay. I probably could've overlooked most if it was a longer stay, but it wasnt. I was disappointed with the cleanliness, damages, and lack of attention to detail from beach life in trying to this stay amazing for me and my family.

Little disappointed

This home is beautiful & spacious! However if you have anyone with any ailments you need to know that there is NO elevator! My mil had a broken ankle & I myself have a bad knee, we were not aware there was no elevator so climbing 4 sets of stairs was somewhat difficult to do daily. We also have a 3 year old so that was nerve wracking as we were nervous he would fall! So just be advised when booking The pool is not heated & was very cold this past week but my son enjoyed it any way. We enjoyed our stay in this home just a couple set backs

This was such an amazing property with privacy and everything you could want close to the beach nice pool, quiet neighborhood, but only a few minute drive to dinner and such!

Good location but...

Excellent location. Right across from the beach. The condo itself is nice, however, it could use a deep cleaning & upgrading. One bathroom had a bad mildew odor. Old dried coffee grounds in the bottom of the pot. Loveseat is torn up. Balcony doors very hard to open & close. The door came off the track while we were on the balcony & were stuck out there until we flagged down a stranger to come in through the condo & help push the door open from the inside.

Enjoyed our stay, condo could use a few things.

This is the second time we have stayed here. All in all we enjoyed it, however the condo could use a good cleaning and a few extra things. We had an ant problem and even killed a roach in the kitchen. The secondary bedroom REALLY needs curtains. During the day it was so bright our little one couldn’t nap, and even at night the lights from the pool area shine right into that room.

Overall a nice spacious place but could use some tweaks

It was a nice place. Loved how close it was to the beach. We’re used to staying on the inlet and traffic is much worse on this end of the beach. With no crosswalk we found ourselves waiting a while to cross the road. The trek to the beach wasn’t as flat as we expected. We walked through sand dunes and sand spurs. Not ideal for beach carts because there are stairs too. There were ants in the master bathroom and in the kitchen. The sheets had wads of hair in them which was disappointing. The fan in the master doesn’t put out much air at all on high and it’s very noisy in this part of town so sleep was intermittent. The balcony door was difficult to open and the front door sticks. The master bedroom door was very squeaky. Could definitely use some WD-40. The property owners were great and very responsive. Check in and check out was very easy.

Cleaning

Everything was fine except for one item. The shower curtain in the spare bathroom was disgusting. It had mildew covering the bottom and it was sticky in other areas. We purchased a new curtain and threw away the old curtain.

Beautiful Location

My family stayed for a week. The location was great. Close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Far enough away for a nice family atmosphere. The place it’s was spacious for a family of four. The pool was a nice relaxing day if you weren’t in a beach mood. My only complaint was the sheet for the 2nd bedroom was stained and some of the towels.
