Other Things to Note: Clearly stating that the room is non-smoking and indicating that smoking is allowed only in designated areas is important for ensuring a pleasant and smoke-free environment for all guests. Additionally, informing guests that this is a personally owned condo and not a hotel room is a helpful reminder. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no 24/7 on-site staff for Big Fish Rentals. However, the Front Desk is staffed 24/7 and available for assistance. The vibe was fun and there was live music poolside the whole trip!!! The resort is older and shows its age in some areas but was always clean and as well kept as it could be.
