Pool is built on the north side of property, meaning there's no sun and total shade by 2pm. Again, ridiculous. Too many elderly living there walking with handicap walkers. Reprimanded by security for backing in parking space and another time i didn't have my shirt on coming from beach. Should change hotel name to NoFunZone Inn. Room was beautiful but so hot it was miserable. Had problems with one person running her mouth and security did nothing about it. Not a place i will ever go again. U couldnt even get door dash to your room. U had to go to lobby to get your food. Too many rules to follow. Cant wear tanktops in their dining area or hats. He wrote in his notes it was. The rental said if they sent HAVAC over and they said it was ok that we would have to pay for the call. They came and something was wrong with it. No apology from the realty company. Very unprofessional. We decided to just go home rather than change locations. We were charged for 2 days and all fees. The condo was very clean with comfortable beds and furniture. We did not have any issues. Hurricane Ian was quite the experience, but we felt very safe in the building!
