This unique condo features a large new upgraded, fully equipped kitchen, a large living area and two big bedrooms each with a private bath and a flat LED TV. You'll appreciate the amazing unobstructed beach and ocean views from the oversize balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch a spectacular sunrise over the blue Atlantic. Feel the cooling chill of a fresh sea breeze as you relax in the summer sun. This condo has everything a vacationing family needs including a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed with brand new mattress, the guest bedroom has 2 queen-size beds. The new upgraded kitchen has a granite countertop and is fully equipped with extra appliances, blender, coffee pot, toaster, and service for eight guests. The living room contains a queen size sleeper sofa, a single-size sofa, a dining table with six chairs, an electrical fireplace and a FLAT SCREEN HD Roku TV plus hi speed wireless internet connection right in the unit. Lots of linen and towels, service for 8, and everything you could want for a great vacation! The spacious balcony has a table and 2 chairs, is Oceanfront and THE VIEW IS INCREDIBLE! They are perfect for dolphin watching with your morning coffee. The Beach Club features two meeting areas for small groups and separate private Men and Women lockers with showers and restrooms. Perfect for early arrivals and/or extra time at the beach before changing clothes on your trip back home. (The amenities may be closed at any tim by the management due to COVID 19). Atlantica Resort is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. It is just few blocks (few minutes walking distance) to the beautiful downtown - the new Beach Broadwalk, the Market Commons, the great sky wheel and the pier. It's only half mile to the Family Kingdom, and water park. It is about one mile to the Broadway, shopping mall, movie theater, golf course and airport. The Atlantica Resort phase 3 is relatively new in this area since it was opened in 2005\. This resort has been a favorite Myrtle Beach vacation destination for many, many years. We can accommodate last minute guests. It's located about .5 miles from the 14th ave pier, which was great for our morning beach walks, and was really cool to go and watch the locals do some fishing! Communication between the host and I was a breeze and the host is very quick to respond. The location is also a short walking distance to the boardwalk, where there's plenty of food choices, shops, and the big SkyWheel to ride. Floor in bedroom with 2 queen beds was sticky and we could not figure out why. WiFi was spotty likely due to too many users with devices and streaming tv services. Lazy river was perfect in the heat. This is 1st floor, right off the elevator, (there’s a ground floor). Pools inside and outside are awesome as well as the lazy River. If I had to comment on one thing that may be of importance to some, the internet situation there is not great. Very poor reception. I was not aware it was bike week and roads were blocked off all the way to the boardwalk, battled traffic for hours. Once we arrived at the condo the staff onsite was very helpful. The positives were condo was very clean, complex was nice and clean, right by the elevator and stairs. Also, the security was awesome as we had some families that walked up to the pool that wasn’t staying and they were asked to leave, had excellent staff here. The cons were the beds were extremely hard and living room furniture was not comfortable. Even though it was not as comfortable as we were use to if you are staying for the beach or go to the boardwalk, or like extra firm mattress, it for you. ##### Kelli T. IMO the condo is not "gorgeous" as stated in the listing, but the view certainly is. Morning sun on the balcony in mid-March is wonderful especially to us northerners.My honest review...the furniture is mismatched and some of it is outdated (I think the couch and chair are new) but it was fine. The mattresses were comfortable and the sheets and pillows are new. The sink, toilet and tub/shower in both bathrooms are new. The hairdryer in the one bathroom is the OG hotel-style wall mounted kind. The oven and microwave are new(er) and kitchen was clean. The coffee maker is not a Keurig. Paint job is newer, but not done well. Floors are clean. The location is great if you want to be downtown and 10 minutes from Broadway at the Beach and 20 minutes the airport. The building itself was clean and the common areas by the pool were updated. Front doors to building require a code to enter, which is nice.If you are looking for luxury or "gorgeous" this isn't it. If you are looking for a clean place to lie your head at night, cook dinner a few nights and be able to walk to downtown, this is for you. All in all, I never felt icky or grossed out. It served it's purpose for our 4 day trip.Frank, the owner, was great! Very responsive when we messaged and when we spoke on the phone. We all slept great and comfortably, we all had enough room to not be on top of each other and it was super nice only being on the 2nd floor. Easy access to the beach and pools. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools and beach. Everything is within walking distance which made it nice. It was great having a washer and dryer to use especially with all the kids changing clothes 20 times a day. The only issues we had was little things in the condo being broken like the toilet paper holder, the knobs on a few drawers were off, and there were scuffs on the walls. I read a few reviews and they complained of being charged for things they didn’t do, so my husband and I were super particular to document everything out of place upon arrival so we could have the proof it wasn’t our fault. Also, the key pad to enter the room was finicky, we would put the code in and most times it would select a different number so at one point we locked ourselves out for a few, I don’t recommend trying to get in the room when you’ve had a particularly long or stressful day as it might send you over the edge lol Other than that, check in was super easy and we really enjoyed our stay! ##### Kayla W. We stayed at this property for 3 weeks in April although it is a good location we found it very noisy at night along the strip. The unit itself was very clean with a well appointed kitchen although a little short on the silverware and no can openers. Moving to the bedrooms we found them vey dark i.e. lighting was very poor, the flooring at the end of the bed in one bedroom had raised up and you had to be carful not to trip over it, the beds were coil spring mattresses but were comfortable although they are very low to the floor. Both bedroom windows face the hall and unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise at night i.e. hall doors slamming and foot traffic. There was 1 closet for both bedrooms and it was half full of old pictures and a blow up air mattress which was a little disappointing for my wife. Both bathrooms were updated and very clean although 1 sink stopper did not work Re. the configuration of the vanity top would not allow it to be fully depressed.
