The condo was exactly as advertised with everything we needed including beach chairs. The only negative might be the mowers and grounds keeping equipment started before sunrise. Property was overlooking #10 fairway @ Pawleys Plantation allowing afternoon sun to earn up porch area. Due to cooler than normal temperatures - this was perfect!
