This is a great place to stay and value. The room had more spay then what I thought it would, and even though it's right next to the restaurant and pool the noise level was very low. I loved the fact that we could use the pools/parks at BOTH buildings. This is right on the beach and this beach is a great place to find shells if you're a shell lover like myself. The condo is very close to everything you could want to do. Shopping and extra fun. There's so much to do. They have 2 water parks, 2 lazy rivers, and 2 pools. There are two separate towers and you have access to both. The resort also has a spa, I personally didn’t use it but I imagine that’s a nice treat. The condo itself it located on the bottom floor, you do have to walk up three flights of stairs so the luggage cart is difficult to take up the stairs, but we just parked it at the bottom of the stairs and unloaded it there. You are kind of in the lobby, but I personally didn’t hear any noise from that. The only noise that I did hear was the door beside the condo because that is the way out to the oceanfront access, again even with a sleeping infant it didn’t bother me. The room is right on the pool so that is kind of noisy and you can’t really have the curtains drawn if you are still wanting privacy, but that didn’t bother us personally. We just kept them close. Overall with the amenities this place offers, it is so worth the price. They also even have a Starbucks right outside the room, and two restaurants. One offers breakfast and the other offers lunch and dinner. I would skip the breakfast though, unless you’re just wanting to stay close to the room. Very very worth it. The host was also very responsive, but I didn’t have any troubles with anything so I didn’t need to bother her during the stay. They also have three kiddie pools, one was unfortunately closed but that wasn’t a problem. Room was overall pretty clean. ##### Jenny W.
