This is a different concept where there’s two bedrooms, but no common area. There is a microwave, hot top, mini fridge in the kitchen. The workstation in the oceanfront bedroom comes equipped with power, lights and usb. The oceanfront bedroom does have an operating fireplace which is good for heat or just the ambiance. This resort is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, walking distance to all, and not only offers beachfront access, but has two pools, two hot tubs, a one foot deep kiddie pool, and a lazy river (with floats provided). Your kids will never want to leave! Ditch the car and let the ocean never leave your sight for your whole vacation! Minutes from all the best attractions, like Broadway at the Beach & convention center. The whole condo is yours! Skip the front desk and go directly to the room to pick up your free parking pass. I live 3 hours away in Raleigh, NC, so you probably won’t see me. I’m quick to reply by Airbnb message or text. I work full time and have 2 young kids, so phone calls sometimes can’t be answered, but always available to text or message. I personally go down to Myrtle Beach every January & February to complete all updating, painting and minor repairs. I do not charge guests for any normal wear and tear damage that occurs during your stay. There's no need to send me pictures of any scuff marks or minor issues, but please let me know if you have any issues that you'd like repaired during your stay. Disclaimer that I put on all listings regarding construction work, smart TVs and contact time: \- Renovation season is usually 9/1-3/1 and every condo is personally owned, so a neighboring condo may do renovations throughout the day (less during the weekend). Myrtle Beach does have a noise ordinance from 11pm-7am, feel free to report this to the police if you have a noise complaint during those times. If there's construction noise during 7am-11pm during off season, there's not much that I can do except ask the owners to be a little quieter. \- I prefer non-smart TVs in my units since their are easier to control, but as TVs fail, the only option is to replace them with smart TVs. I own several condos and have TVs in every bedroom and living room, there are so many makes and models, it's hard for me to provide smart TV support for each one remotely. I recommend using the TVs for cable options and cannot support smart TV functions. The cleaning company tests the power, volume and cable channels between every check in, but if you are having issues with the cable not working, please let me know. \- This unit does have a hotel-style PTAC AC unit which is not a central AC system. Smoking is not allowed on-site, but if someone is smoking nearby, you may smell it. If you can identify which balcony it is, please let me know and I'll report it to security. \- Even though you can check in at anytime after 4pm since the condo is code access, I usually sleep 12am-7am, so I recommend checking in before 12am in case you have any questions. If you have any questions, please re-read the check in instructions. All of my units have high traffic and these instructions have worked for many others, so everything you should need to know is in there. If you have any questions that are non-urgent, please send them through Airbnb. If you have an emergency 12am-7am, feel free to call me, my phone is usually on, but in focus mode. To bypass focus mode, call me 2x within 2 minutes or select bypass focus mode in a text. If the emergency is a noise complaint from 11pm-7am, feel free to report it to the police. \- I do have a strict cancellation policy, so I highly recommend travel insurance in case of emergency. Welcome to our charming South Carolina retreat! As is common in this warm and humid climate, you may encounter some insects and reptiles. Rest assured, we have a dedicated exterminator who maintains the property regularly. During the fall and winter months, these critters may seek shelter from the cold indoors. Should you happen upon any inside the condo, kindly inform us promptly, and we'll arrange for immediate attention from our extermination team. We're committed to a proactive approach and swift response to ensure your comfort. Please note, however, that no refunds will be provided in the event of an insect or reptile sighting. Manager was a msg away and answered any questions I had. The only downside I had was the bathroom. The bathroom door should be relocated. Shower curtain did not stay closed, and floor was flooded after shower. Exhaust fan did not work so bathroom was humid after Shower and no room to get dressed when bathroom floor all wett and clothes are wett from the humidity. And it would be nice to have a full size refrigerator. We where there for 5 day's for a family of 4\.
