Direct Oceanfront Condo with Breathtaking Views!!!!

  • A very clean no carpet condo, cleaned by one person after each guest's departure. Cleanliness and safety are our top objectives hoping to provide you with an enjoyable, safe vacation to remember for a lifetime. The months of June and July only "WEEKLY" rentals are accepted. The sofa futon and living room chairs are made of PU leather which can be wiped clean when needed. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary items to cook a gourmet meal. TVs are 50" Samsung smart in bedrooms and 60" Samsung smart in the living room, the internet is fast and there are all sorts of apps to watch on tv including basic stations. The king bed is comfortable and new, and the second bedroom houses 2 full-size beds, with plenty of pillows. Both bathrooms are full baths with excellent pressure and hot water. The non-smoking condo and balcony are cleaned in detail prior to your arrival. There is a smoking area out by the pool. The condo is on the 7th floor not too low and not too high, the # 7 is complete. You are invited to Paradise!

Absolutely perfect for our stay! Irish was very easy to get ahold of and always stayed in communication with us. We will definitely be staying here again! It is also the perfect location! So close to anything you could need!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for our family and Irish was incredibly communicative and wonderful to work with! The condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Location was perfect for beach access and close for walking to restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend!

Our family had a great time in this condo. The host was very responsive, the condo was stocked with everything we needed, and it was steps from the beach! It was very easy to start our day swimming in the warm ocean. This property has several pools and a lazy river that were fun to use after swimming in the ocean. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with friends or family.

This is a wonderful location. A great mix of relaxation and touristy stuff. Condo has everything we needed and extremely clean. Irish is an amazing property manager- quick to answer any questions as they came up throughout the week. We will be coming back for sure!

Was doing a beach reclamation that lasted all week ? Bulldozers working 24/7 so beach access was a hassle.If I was informed of this I would not have rented this condo and the owner did not relay this info at all .

Irish was the most amazing host. It was such a pleasure communicating with her. She was so sweet and kind. She checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She is such a beautiful soul. I look forward to coming to her place again next year. Her home was warm and welcoming. Very clean. Everything you needed and more. Beautiful view of the beach and pools below. Highly recommend.

This property feels like staying at a best friend's house. The location was good for our family with active teens, convenient to everything and of course The Beach. The kitchen has everything you could need. Beds and linens are super comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Lots of fluffy white towels in the baths - like I said, we felt pampered by a friend for our spring break trip from Kentucky. Communication was superior with no surprises. Highly recommend!

Girls weekend

Condo was exactly what we were looking for to spend our getaway. Balcony was great for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. So very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is great for a short walk to the boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again!
