Great fully equipped kitchen with all the conveniences of home for those who choose to cook a meal. On the other side of the large pass through is a dedicated dining area so cook in or take out is so convenient. Take advantage of wonderful local restaurants offer curbside pick-up or delivery.  
  
Your home away from home is situated on one of several lakes throughout this tranquil beach community, which offers walking trails and on-site dining and coffee shops. Perfect location for a family or friends beach vacation, business trip, conferences or a special Myrtle Beach venue event - and so much better than staying in just a hotel room.

Please Note: Private vacation rental guests do not have access to the Embassy Suites pools and splash park, resort shuttle transportation and fitness center.  
  
We generally accept 7 night reservations (Saturday to Saturday) in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Contact us for alternate dates, shorter stays and longer "snowbird" rates. HOA policy states that the guest making a reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.  
  
Per Kingston Plantation Resort HOA Policy:  
Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy and is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is only allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area, located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.

#### Clean condo close to the beach & conference center

My family and I stayed in this condo for a family vacation/ work conference. The location was great! Close to the conference center where my husband had meetings and near the beach/pool where my daughter and I could spend time while he was busy. Broadway at the beach was a quick 15-20 minute drive away. 5 minute drive to the outlets or local shopping plaza.

#### Relaxing & Close to the Beach

The property was exactly as advertised which was relaxing and peaceful, walking distance to the beach, and close to great restaurants and activities. My family enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive and accommodating. We booked 3 nights and I would recommend at least a week to enjoy all that the area has to offer including the activities such as the Grand Prix which was so much fun! Also, you have to have brunch/lunch at Blueberry’s at least once. And if you like tacos, try Taco Mundo for dinner … both restaurants were soooo good!

This property is first class. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and great amenities for our stay. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Kingston Plantation is such a nice resort and very convenient to activities in the area. I highly recommend for the next Myrtle Beach trip!

Very clean and roomy condo in a convenient location. Short walk to the beach with a pool nearby. We had some other friends staying in Kingston and they ended up hanging at our place more than theirs because of the location. It never felt crowded and it was a relaxing place.

Loved the decor, place was very clean and thoughtfully stocked. We appreciated the large live oak trees throughout the property, the beautiful view of the pond and all the many turtles, swans and egrets. There was a beautiful walkway to the beach. It was very quiet, restful, beautiful and convenient place to stay.

The location is fantastic! 3 pools available. Very, smooth, trail/sidewalk walk to the ocean. The condo was spotless. Very spacious. Open floorplan. Plenty of closet space. Lake view. Close to everything, food, shopping, etc. Stocked with everything you need. Will definitely stay again.
