Location Description: Great central location within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and stores. Only short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Convention Center, Sports Center, The Boardwalk (you can even walk there if you would like) and more! Patricia Grand is located within walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and more. Other Things to Note: All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls. For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units. Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach. Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you. In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season). Dog park right next door. Only negative thing is on weekend nights loud trucks going up and down the strip in front of building til late at night. Owners very nice and unit very nice. ##### kristi s. The place was clean, very nice layout and great view from balcony. Special grassy area near the building for dogs was available. Location overall was amazing with just a block away from Starbucks, Ben&Jerry and just few minutes away from shopping and entertainment. I gave a 4 stars for cleanliness as the carpets were in need of little TLC. Besides that, all was amazing and we really enjoined our stay. ##### Aurora C. The condo was fine, dirty carpet, but it’s a pet friendly beach rental. The location is excellent and so are the views. However the facilities (pools and hot tubs) are nasty. Dirt and hair everywhere in the pools!!!!. Hot tubs are the same. ##### Jim B.
