Relax in comfortable Adirondack chairs while enjoying the incredible panoramic view of the ocean on a large private balcony. Walking distance to the boardwalk with all the attractions, Pier 14, fun activities / tasty restaurants. The unit is very clean and great for families of six or couples. 100+ golf courses are only a short drive! Breathtaking oceanfront, panoramic view; exceptionally clean, super spacious, newly updated and very comfortable. Enjoy the following luxurious, modern and recent upgrades during your stay: \- Newly renovated kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops and state-of-the art appliances, including a built in air fryer! \- New large screen TVs \- New king size mattresses \- New pull out couch w/gel mattress We follow Airbnb\`s enhanced cleanliness protocol developed with cleaning expert guidance. We clean and sanitize for each stay (before check in and after check out). Smart lock SELF check-in system, please go straight to the unit! Entry code will be provided the date you arrive. Please always make sure the door is locked by clicking the bottom summit button before you leave the property. Please bring your favorite beach/pool towels, or you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Must be clean and respectful guests to book. This is NOT a hotel room, but our personal condo; please treat it like it\`s your own. Entire condo except Owner\`s closets. We are at building 1—small building ( more private) with the outdoor pool, our guests have full access to enjoy our year round indoor heated pool, hot tubs, Lazy river and outdoor pools in building 2 & 3\. Walking distance to miles long oceanfront Boardwalk, Skywheel, Zipline adventures, Pier 14, Ripley\`s Believe it or Not etc. Short drive to Broadway at the beach, golf courses and much more. Free parking for condo guests is available across the street in the assigned parking lots. Uber is easy way to get around if you are going bit further out, our condo is right on the beach and Boardwalk so you can pretty much walk anywhere. Golf cart, scooter also a choice if you go somewhere close. NO-SMOKING inside the unit, nor on balcony. No pets nor events in condo. Violations are subject to a minimum $250.00 fine. \*Quiet time from 11pm-6am. Please be mindful of others. \*No luggage carts in the unit \*We charge $35.00 for stained, missing linens and towels. \*Max number of guests is 6 \*No smoking inside condo, balcony included. Any sign of smoking/pets/events will be $250.00 Fine. \*Please take your trash out during your stay to prevent bugs. On, hell almost in the ocean. The balcony view is all beach and ocean. Somehow walking distance to as deep of Myrtle that you want yet this section of beach was not busy at all. The condo was great, clean, and had everything we needed. We had me, my wife, our 14yo daughter and her friend and had an absolute blast. Definitely would stay here again. ##### RJ L.
