RENTAL PERIOD IS WEEKLY (7 nights, Sat-Sat), or longer. Rare exceptions may be made in the off season. Discounts for monthly (or longer) rentals. 90-day (or longer) rentals also avoid short-term rental lodging tax (12%). Our condo is PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AND SANITIZED before each arrival. North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach are completely separate cities within Horry County, approximately 20 miles apart. Bay Watch is in the city of NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, and provides a more secluded, relaxing, and FAMILY-FRIENDLY environment, far away from the noise, traffic, congestion, etc. of Myrtle Beach. Bay Watch is a "condotel", with 3 separate towers of INDIVIDUALLY-OWNED RESIDENTIAL UNITS. Each unit is furnished, decorated and maintained by its Owner, so EACH UNIT IS DIFFERENT. Bay Watch also features 2 indoor, oceanfront restaurants; an outdoor, oceanfront tiki bar / restaurant; an ice cream shop; an Italian Ice stand; a fitness center; a convenience store; a parking garage; security; and 18 different water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor lazy rivers, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs) for your enjoyment. Our unit is on the 18th FLOOR in the PREFERRED CENTER TOWER with easy access to all the pools and amenities. The Center Tower was built last, has 4 ELEVATORS, LARGER FLOOR PLANS, and UNIT UPGRADES not found in the other towers. Our condo is one of only a few 2 bedroom DELUXE units, and features both an oceanfront master suite and a FULL SIZE WASHER & DRYER in the unit. LARGE BALCONY with UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS: Many units have obstructed views looking one direction or the other, but at Coral Relief you'll enjoy breathtaking UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS in BOTH DIRECTIONS from the SPACIOUS DIRECT OCEANFRONT BALCONY. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and more. The unit is on the 18th floor and is truly an oceanfront unit with balcony access from the living room and master bedroom. The view from the balcony is amazing!! There are plenty of chairs available on the balcony, including very comfortable adirondack chairs, and 2 small tables. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable!! (we didn’t use the 2nd bedroom) There were 2 box fans and tower fans available in each bedroom as well as extra blankets and pillows.There are several outdoor pools and jacuzzis to choose from and easy access to the beach. The 2 beach access points from the pool that we used only had stairs so if you are taking a wagon to the beach, be prepared to carry it up and down a few steps. Alternatively, you can exit the front of the building, take a right and use the drive access at the end of the building. Check in and out was a breeze. Kevin and Allyson provided us with very detailed instructions and information prior to our arrival and departure and also texted to let us know the unit was availability for earlier check in. There is a binder in the unit with lots of local information which was also very helpful. Our stay at Coral Relief was fantastic and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town. If you’re considering renting this unit, do it! The condo was impeccably clean and very well taken care of. Everything was very cozy and comfortable including the beds, bedding, and pillows and the couch and recliners. The kitchen had most everything we needed for cooking and there were plenty of restaurants and shopping just a short drive away. Allyson and Kevin were very pleasant, welcoming, and communicative. Baywatch is my favorite resort! The Wilson’s condo was very clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved the recliners in the living room and rockers out on the deck. The fully stocked kitchen was also a huge plus. Everything you will ever need is there, and most importantly offers a ‘million dollar view’.
