Cozy 2 King BR 2BA Condo at Myrtlewood Golf Club Welcome to our site! We invite you to become part of our family. We want you to experience luxury vacationing at an affordable price. Imagine all the comforts of home, a pool just off of your balcony, and an abundance of dining, shopping, recreation and attractions just a short drive away. This two bedroom (2 king beds) , 2 bath condo in the Myrtlewood golf community is near the center of fabulous Myrtle Beach SC and less than a one mile drive to the ocean. The space This all new updated vacation condo is a great place to bring your family and friends. You will feel right at home when you walk into this beautifully decorated second floor condo. This unit has stairs, and no elevators. The fully equipped kitchen has new granite counter tops, a large stainless steel sink, and all new stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a quiet dinner in or you will have many top restaurants close by to choose from. The living room has a new, comfortable reclining sofa and two reclining chairs with a 65" smart TV and ceiling fan. Off of the living room you will have a nice spacious balcony that overlooks the pool, grilling station and golf course with amazing sunsets every night! The dining room has a round table with 4 chairs and four barstools at the bar. The primary bedroom has a king bed, tv, ceiling fan and a large walk in closet that has beautiful views of the golf course and swimming pool. This bedroom has a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan with an attached bathroom that has a laundry area behind double doors with a full washer and dryer. Located in Myrtlewood Golf Club, Magnolia North. It is the perfect vacation home if you want to relax and enjoy yourself, but also be 5-10 minutes from area attractions, dining and shopping. This unit is a short 1 mile drive to the beach. Parking is available in front of the condo. Nearby attractions: Broadway at the Beach, Cal Ripken baseball complex, Myrtle Beach Convention center, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Waves, etc. Wifi included Pool fobs are available for each guest and counted after each stay. $100 per lost pool fob. Starter amount of toilet paper and paper towels provided One set of sheets for each bed and bath towels are supplied, one per guest, and must not leave the room. Any issues when you arrive, please call immediately. What are you waiting for, book today to reserve your vacation! Guest access You will have access to the entire condo and swimming pool located behind the unit. Other things to note Check in after 3:00 PM Check out before 10:00 AM Minimum age to rent: 25 Wifi information is located on the refrigerator Children allowed: ages 0-17 No events allowed No pets allowed Smoking is not permitted Check-out instructions The host requires you complete the following before checking out: Start the dishwasher Strip any used beds and gather used towels Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys Make sure that all towels have been washed and dried completely. Make sure that all sheets have been washed. Adjust thermostat to 74\*, return pool bands and fobs, parking passes, as well as the key to the door. Thank you! Everything in the condo was clean and as expected. Communication with Maria was easy and she made sure to let us know about a short water interruption during our stay in advance so that we were prepared. I made sure to have water pre-run the night before for coffee so it was no bother at all I wanted to take the living room furniture home with us, it was so comfortable! The kitchen supplied everything we needed to make meals. The coffee pot probably needs to be replaced soon as it has a bit of a leak and doesn't get as hot as it should. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with a fantastic Condo pretty central to everything. ##### Christine F. We booked our own place to we could have a room of our own away from all of the others to get some rest each night. Winding through the complex and going over all of the speed bumps in and out wasn't great, but no fault of Maria's of course. I would recommend it to others that wanted a place to relax in the evening that is central to beaches, golf courses, etc. ##### John W. We weren’t in the condo most of the time we were at the beach but when we were, we were comfortable. The owner is awesome with communication and handles any text or message quickly which is a huge plus. I would advise them to hire different cleaners though. The place was reasonably clean but corners are being cut and if this were my condo I would want it to be perfect every time. I would still give it four stars because of the communication and the place was nice and affordable. The location is also perfect. ##### Adrienne F. She was very responsive throughout our stay and very accommodating. We were in town for a basketball tournament.
