Overall decent place

The suite me and my family stayed in was a 3 bedroom suite. It was overall very nice as in pictures but some of the doors did not have locks, or would not close. The beds were not in the best condition as well. Overall the rest of the room was very nice. The pool was very clean. They only give you 2 parking passes and 1 of them is offsite which I wished was disclosed before booking. I did not receive my access code to enter the building or know which room # I had and did not have luck contacting anyone who could give me answers. I would’ve wished there was a direct number where you would actually receive answers or a solution.

Unit was disappointing, dust is everywhere in the unit, roach in second bathroom, mattresses in second bedroom are very uncomfortable, rain resulted in standing water in front of the front door, pool was dirty and someone came and closed it, so pool was closed during our stay, dog pee next to elevator remained all our stay. Will Never stay there again

Upon a late arrival to our three bedroom three bath condo, we noticed that it only had two bathrooms. We didn't have the contact information for anyone onsite, and it took about 15 minutes to get a hold of the property manager, who eventually moved us to a three bedroom three bath. (Ray was lovely to communicate with despite the frustrations of some of the other things) The property is on the beach, which is beautiful, but two doors down from a property that has music blasting from 9:00 in the morning til 11:00 at night. Even with the windows and doors closed it sounded as if the music was inside our unit, not two doors away. This was beyond frustrating and made getting any work done inside the unit impossible. During our stay a mirror in one of the bathrooms fell and shattered on the floor. It took about four hours to get a response from the manager ,who then asked if we could just push it into the closet vs coming to clean it up and make sure all of the glass was picked up. There were limited cleaning supplies to we were afraid to walk barefoot for fear of getting cut by the glass. The furniture was dirty and stained and the floors were pretty dirty as well.

We had a great time at Bali Bay Resort! Ray, the owner was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and appeared to be in the process of being renovated. It was a short walk to the beach and a quick Uber ride to anywhere we needed to go. I would highly recommend staying at Bali Bay!
