This is a recently updated "Home Away from Home" themed condo with amazing Ocean Front views that you can enjoy right from the comfort of your "Home" - great beach views, all the way down to the Springmaid Pier where you can also rent fishing gear and fish as well. Condo is on the 4th floor, corner lot with more windows and natural lights. This unit features an oceanfront master bedroom with a sliding glass door leading to the front balcony where you can see the sunrise and the ocean right from the comfort of a king size bed. Guest(s) in the second bedroom also have a sliding glass door to a private balcony overseeing the pool, beach, ocean and sunrise. You can also access the front balcony from the living room while gazing at the ocean and beach from the comfort of the living room, as well from the kitchen. The living room has been recently updated with a new oversized chair and ottoman, fireplace, large screen TV, including Netflix access, and new flooring. The kitchen has also been updated with new granite countertops and new stainless-steel refrigerator, stove and microwave oven. I loved parking was in a garage and you could park on the same floor as the condo so no elevators. I'm sure the check-in process is different in the busy/warmer months, but in the winter it is in another building. Then the front desk did not have my last name but found me via first name and phone number. They were very polite and did ask if we had stayed before I stated no.
