We were able to fish, crab, beach, swim, eat and shop all within walking distance. We made friends with other renters/tenants and we enjoyed the band from the bar next door. Everything we needed was close. The VRBO listing states there are 2 bedrooms and each has a queen and a fold out. There is definitely only 1 bedroom and a queen sized fold out couch and a very small cot probably only ok for a toddler. 4 people was a squeeze here but everything else was so perfect we didn't even mind - it was like a family sleep over. :-) ##### Amanda E. Dust everywhere. There are small signs all over the condo reminding that there is a cleaning fee if you make a mess, leave some food, forget to leave the pass, smoke, etc. We did everything by the book and we got a cleaning fee assigned to us because there was sand in the condo. It's a beach condo! Not relaxing, icky and they have a side scam of issuing a "cleaning fee" for any small item. I have pics, we left the place in great shape. Very satisfied! Laura is friendly, polite, all around good person. Location is awesome! The pier is practically around the corner so my son and i would walk there everyday! You’re only about a block from the beach. But things that could some attention would be the bed, chairs on balcony were a little rough, needs some tlc here and there. The bed squeaked a lot so if you’re a light sleeper it will wake u up every time you move or roll over. All in all it wasn’t a horrible stay ##### Bradley R.
