Welcome to Gulfstream Cottages 343 Sailors. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is just a short walk from the wide sandy beaches of Myrtle Beach and can easily accommodate 8 people for a beach retreat. Feel right at home with private wireless internet, a washer and dryer and central AC and heat. As you step from the covered front porch you are greeted with luxury vinyl plank floors and vibrant furnishings in the living area with a full-sized sleeper sofa, seating for six and a flat screen TV. A full bathroom with shower and laundry area are all located on the first level. Gather around the dining table with seating for four right off the kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and counters. There is additional seating for two at the counter. You will find the kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in for family and friends. The second level has new installed floors, two bedrooms and a full shared bath with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed with a TV, the other offers twin-full-twin bunk bed with a TV. Off the first level is an enclosed private backyard, the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee among the rustling oak trees. Across the lush landscaped common area is the outdoor community pool, a delightful way to stay cool on warm days. Parking is effortless with off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Gulfstream Cottages is located between 19th and 20th Avenues South on the southern side of Myrtle Beach, just minutes to all attractions, shopping and dining. Play a few rounds of golf in the Golf Capitol of the World with over 100 championship courses to choose from. Fill your wish lists at the two Tanger Outlets, Market Common and the assorted malls and shopping centers. Set sail for a high seas adventure on a fishing charter, kayaking and scuba diving. Family fun can't be topped at Family Kingdom Amusement Park with wood and steel rollercoasters and Splashes Waterfront Waterpark. Visit Broadway at the Beach for an assortment of fun dining choices and entertaining museums like WonderWorks and the Hollywood Wax Museum. Gulfstream Cottages offer the ideal location for a seaside getaway. We also have multiple 2-and 3-bedroom cottages located in the same neighborhood, multiple direct oceanfront 2-bedroom condos in Atlantica Resort in the Broadwalk, and multiple 1-bedroom direct oceanfront condos in Paradise resort 2 blocks away. We had a short walk to the beach (exactly 5 minutes from the door to the sand) and an even shorter walk (3 minutes) to the pickleball courts. The house was not the cleanest when we arrived .. the drawers to place our clothes had a lot of dirt/crumbs/socks/sewing needles/bobbi pins in them. The surfaces didn’t feel like they had been wiped. The walls have some dings and dirty spots. The floor felt sticky and smeared like. All this to say… for our family the location, the space, and the nice pool all outweigh it not feeling the cleanest. Some recommendations for the owners: the master bedroom could use some type of mirror in it. The porch and patio chairs could use a good power washing. We are big on pickleball… it’s a fast growing sport. I think advertising how close you are to the pickleball courts is a great idea. I did find this rental when searching for tennis and saw the pickleball photo. I think mentioning pickleball would be a great selling point. Overall this a nice spot and I loved the short walk to the beach. ##### Leah R. R. It was clean and the neighbors were all nice. We stayed for a week and seen alot of different families cone and go. Any Question I had he replied to me right away. It had plenty of space for our family of 6\. The amenities were nice, just what we needed to be comfortable. The beach access was very close and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet.
